Tim Hortons

Usually good service. Sometimes they forget things but it's mostly young people working here and theyre all very nice. When I was there today the manager exchanged a smoothie for a young girl who didn't like the flavor she ordered and he took care of it for her and the girl and her mom were both really grateful. Nice to see that a big scene wasn't made and the manager took care if the customers.

Asked for 2 large coffees, they asked us twice what size and each time they asked we said large, they gave us medium. Asked for 10 piece assorted Tim bits, we got 8. Every time we come here it's a problem. It's not even like we are asking for anything hard!!

The supervisor, Jarrett, was friendly, prompt, and helpful when I needed a larger donut order. He was patient with my multiple coupons, and when I needed 40 Timbits, he gave me the remaining 10 he had at no cost, since it was toward the end of the day. Plus, the donuts were still very good! Thanks for great service, Jarrett!

They were very short staffed but the guy at the window was super friendly and apologized for the wait. I don't mind waiting for good service and a friendly face. That was awesome he could be so friendly under pressure. Because customers can be rude so kudos to them!!!

Good in a pinch. The turkey club sandwich is good. However, I do not recommend their soups. Soup choices are too few, and the chicken noodle is loaded with red peppers, which is off-putting. I never bother with their donuts either cuz they are only grocery store quality, which is a waste of money and calories. Their coffee drinks are pretty good.

Usually we do come here for good coffee and good food, but we pulled up here today to an empty building, even tho the sign says it closes at 8. If you guys are gonna close early, at least post it somewhere where patrons can see it and not waste 5 minutes standing in the drive-thru 🙄

Love Tim Hortons, this one you never know if they'll be open or not. I am disappointed in their hours and service. They just are not reliable to be open when they are suppose to be.

A little bit of Canadian home here ... Very clean and cozy location with excellent customer service from the staff. They even had some donut types we no longer see in local Timmies back home such as roast peanut crutch and others. The Ice cream also was excellent.

Coffee so yummy it's addictive!
I bought a large can of Tim's original to take home for only 16.99 ( Great value).
I also purchased for myself a beautiful Tim's embossed red ceramic coffee mug (9.99 and well worth it).
While the coffee at our hotel put a nasty taste in my mouth, with just 1 sip of the famous Tim Horton's coffee all memories of yucky coffee earlier just faded away.....
My cashier extrordinair Emily was not only wonderful, knowledgeable of all things "Tim" but very personable and sweet.
Great service, fantastic coffee, lots of smiles and choices.

Every time I go through the drive thru my drink is rarely made correctly. And they aren't even consistent on how it comes out wrong. I typically don't say anything cuz I don't always have the time to wait for them to correct their mistake. But it's getting really frustrating. They need better training.
