The wait in the drive-thru is absolutely ridiculous

Horrible experience. Waited for almost an hour in drive through. After we placed our order when waited to get the drive thru window. As we got closer to window we noticed cars in front of us having alot talk back forth with person at window. Some left without anything. As soon as we got up to window, woman tried to gives a iced coffee and timbits. We didnt order any of that. So woman said she didn't have an order from us at all and didnt take order after i complained. It was clearly her same voice from drive thru when we ordered. So she took or order from window. We waited another 10 minutes. Finally got order, still wrong. I said whatever and took food and coffee. Then had an issue getting my debit card back. She was rude the entire time as well. We were there at 12/4/ 8:50am if any managers ever read online feedbacks. Never go to this tim hortons on main street in Frankenmuth.

The Tim Horton’s in Frankenmuth Michigan has only the drive through open. I understand that it is still a Covid pandemic, so I totally get it. I was visiting in Frankenmuth and walked from my hotel to the donut shop. I did not know it was a drive thru only.
I have waited in drive thru lines as a pedestrian in other businesses. I have always been served.
When I got to the window, after waiting for 2 cars ahead of me. The woman refused to wait on me because I was walking through, not driving through. Now I have to ask, what is the difference? Really I should have been served. It was only an order of 20 Timbits.
Just as a side note it was sleeting outside and 31 degrees. Why Tim Hortons, why? Worse donut experience I have. Dunkin Donuts has my vote!

Something needs to be done about this establishment. They are frequently out of food. This time they couldn't make any steak wraps because the shift from the previous day didn't get it out. They have soups on the menu that they don't have and the wait time is ridiculous. Tim Horton's is a good place to eat but something needs to be done about lack of preparedness, supplies and customer service. Not to mention the strange hours they are open and that they stop serving "food" at 1pm and only have coffee and donuts after that time.

Went there after driving two hours, took a sip of my ice cap and it burnt my throat.. and was sour, two other people had different ice capps and they felt the same, it was so gross we all spit them out and we’re all very nervous about food poisoning or worse, it was so disgusting and kinda makes me think they’re not clean and don’t change their machines out.

Horrible! Twenty minutes in line just to be told my scheduled online order for pick up that day was just received even though I confirmed it was received before I drove 30 minutes there. Then I couldn't even cancel the order at the store, I had to contact customer service for a refund on my credit card. You need to reevaluate the staff you have working there telling lies to cover their own butt. They later told me they close at 2pm, pretty sure that was also a lie. Very disappointed and ruined a small family event simply trying to celebrate a birthday.

I downloaded the app and went to use it for the first time and could not get it to work. When I asked the employee what I needed to do he knew nothing about the app so that wasn't helpful. We ended up ordering through the drive thru and the guy did apologize and gave us extra donuts for the inconvenience. He was very nice

Long line and no indoor seating, but the staff was so friendly and patient with us. With 4 kids our orders get large very quickly. They were helpful and kind through the process. Thank you.

First time at this location as I love downstate. The gentleman that took my order was extremely helpful and patient as I picked out donuts. The donuts were super fresh and delicious. They were also super fast.

Drove and HOUR for a cake that they apparently don't have. Received confirmation on order. The most we got was a "sorry" an impatient one at that. Tried calling several times both before we left and in drive thru. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND THE MAILBOX IS FULL. This was for a birthday at that. Worst restaurant experience I've EVER had.
