Very bad experience rude employees, bad comprehension, they also were not able to make my green tea (hot) like I regularly get from Baton Rouge CC’s locations with no problems, also slapped my croissant together, very sloppy and poorly made, also left items off of my order after confirmation. I felt like I wasted my $10 at their location. I could have spend it at a Baton Rouge CC’s and received immaculate service + precise and accurate results. Will never stop to visit this location again, the manager Tiffany was no help whatsoever very bad attitude.

Outstanding coffee great service by the way for those of you paying with debit cards you can now add a tip with your debit card you just have to tell them at the time of the order management doesn't want them to tell you this because it makes them seem like they're begging for tips so I'm telling you. These people provide excellent service and excellent coffee

The drive through line takes FOREVER. Would have been able to go in a restaurant and eat a full break in the amount of time I sat in line and that’s with just a few cars in front me. It isn’t every time but most.

Fast and friendly service every single time I go (which is pretty often). I definitely prefer CC's coffee over starbucks. Love the hazelnut iced latte with an extra shot of expresso!

I took my customer to this place at their recommendation and couldn't have been more pleased. They have some of these chargrilled oysters in Baton Rouge. Our dishes were great and the service was outstanding. Make sure to try this place!

It's a shame I have to drive all the way to Siegan lane for a cup of decent coffee. The workers there are a bunch of children that don't know anything. You ask them for coffee they pour dark roast it tastes bitter and nasty, wouldn't be surprised they look like the type to do it intentionally just to mess up people's mornings. The manager needs to do something about these little kids that he's hired bc all they do is fight in front of the customers & swear at each other, it's disgusting. They ruin my morning & waste my time.

I am not one to complain but I am very upset. I got a cold brew coffee with almond milk and a croissant. My coffee had chunks of milk in it, like the milk had gone bad. And the croissant was dripping in butter. :(

Thisnlocation is difficult to access from the road. Extremely loud. And i am not a fan of the drinks. HOWEVER, the staff is amazing. My company enjoys having meetings here. I just order a tea and hope for the best
