We go here often after r bible study class and the coffee is usually great. It felt like it was old so what does ur manager make a fresh batch of coffee and it was great

Revised:Always tasty at a fairly expensive price. Prices have risen so much that it will probably be a place I only go to occasionally now. The drive through window has to be one of the slowest I have ever been to.

As a road warrior, CCs is my road office place for great coffee and work catch up. I just wish CCs had an app that let me load money and kept track of points like the other coffee shop

Love this place! The employees are always so nice and friendly. Great coffee selection, especially seasonal flavors. Good Cafe foods too. Nice indoor atmosphere.

I've been coming here for 4 years and they have only messed up my coffee once. Always quick service and everything is delicious! Helps me get through my day! P.s. Please bake more chocolate crassants throughout the day! I live for them and you sometimes don't have them and I get sad. The blueberry muffin is good, but its just not the same 😔

I have been going to this location since it opened & even would go out of my way to get coffee there. Loved all of the employees like family (a few were) but since Sarah is not there anymore as the manger things have gone downhill quickly. I would have over 300 visits in a year but I probably have had 20 visits this year. Every time I go, I get mad & like a previous poster said, the manager just stands around looking @ her employees & the customers waiting & not even helping until she absolutely has to & then pretty much shows how unhappy she is to be doing that. I went again yesterday because I was craving the awesome coffee but was not craving the non friendliness of the employees. When your leader is not happy, it rubs off on your employees. Guess I’ll have to wait another 2 months to go back in to see if anything has changed. Hopefully it will but the next visit will probably end in the same disappointment of the my last few visits. This store was (don’t know if it still is) one of the top producers of the CC’s chain. Would love to know what they are ranking nowadays....

I was in the drive through line with 2 cars in front of me at 3:55pm. When it was finally my turn to get to the speaker to place my order no one would come on to take my order. When I pulled up to the window behind the person that was in front of me that placed their order the guy locked the window. I tapped my horn to get his attention and he told me that I was not in line and that they were closed and I said I was in line for like five minutes behind the other 2 people and he said no you weren’t and we’re closed and shut the window and locked it with an attitude. I don’t know whatever happened to the customer is always right, but we will never go to this cc’s again. I can’t help that they were slow to take orders and that’s why the drive through line was backed up. But the way this male employee interacted with me was unacceptable.
