My smoothies straw was so small I couldn’t even drink out of it. The smoothie tasted like literal powder and ice. It was just overall gross. No shame to the workers, but all shame to the recipes. It’s just gross and overpriced.

I dont go to CCs often but for the past couple weeks i been able to and every time the prices change despite getting the same exact order; thats not the problem today i asked at the order box how much my order was and was told 10.50 but when i got to the window it changed to 13.75 and when questioned the worker got rude and mad at m despite the fact they changed the price. One day it was almost 20$ and the first i been it was just 10. I understand with the ongoing pandemic and many supply chain issues but this is rildoused and I recommend just going to PJs coffee or Starbucks or if you really want CCs to go to the one im Baton Rouge on Perkins.

For the last 2-3 weeks your system is not allowing us use our free rewards. The employee was rude when I asked why there wasn't a sign saying that system was not working.

Drinks are good but the drive thru IS SO SLOW!!!! This has got to be quicker or figure out something quicker bc the drive thru taking as long as it does is ridiculous. Even going inside doesn’t make a difference because people go in when they see how long the line is. Gotta figure something out or buy your own location for a bigger spot

Just went through the drive thru and it was very unfortunate that the person at the drive thru window was having such a bad day. She snatched the tip out of my hand then closed the window on me. After handing me my drink order I told her thank you and have a nice day ,she just gave me RBF /blank stare. I am going to just assume she is mute and deaf because I can’t truly believe someone can truly be this rude. Not that anyone cares or this CC’s cares but will not be returning to this location ever.

I’ve been a CC’s customer for many years and I cannot believe how the quality of service and consistency of drinks have diminished. My drink, ordered the exact same way every time, is made different almost on a regular basis here. I’ve been told that I’m ordering the drink wrong by the ASM, yet it was also said “Everyone makes the drink differently”. I personally recommend going elsewhere in the area or go to a completely different location.

It doesn't matter how many times you tell them your order it will probably be incorrect. Listening is fundamental and free! Consistency is key also! This is a high volume store And appears adequately staffed however wait times Most days are more than 7 minutes.

Everytime I get almond milk from this location there are white chunks in my iced latte. Stirring it won't make it any less chunky so im sure it's out of date. Also the customer service isn't that great. Not worth the money.
