On the Run

Super welcoming staff, one lady even let me know that she was brewing fresh Colombian coffee and there was already enough for me to get some. The cashier was very pleasant as well! You have amazing employees which often seems like a rarity today.

Says it’s open but it’s 10 and they’re mopping floors ????

I was lost and my phone was dying so i walked in to buy a charger and i have a new android so i picked one that i thought would fit and went to counter asked the cashier if i could see if it fits . the cashier asked the manager if i could try it, the manager lookd at me stupid and said its sealed. I said ok well if i purchase it and it doesnt fit can i return it, she said yes so i purchased. she said i hope it works. I said me too. I said im going to stand right here and see if it fits and return kt if it doesnt . she looked at me and said thats rude. I said rude , its your rules. So then she starts bitching and saying im not opening anymore. Well it didnt fit so she was all in a tiff because she has to do paperwork. So to top it off the cashier was giving me my refund the old lady manager took the money from her to purposefully come over and put the money on the counter when i had my hand out for her to put it in my hand. She is a disgrace to customer service. I was in the store at 1:30. 5/9/17

Worker was rude and had an attitude towards every costumer in the 3 minutes I was in there.
