Heine Brothers Coffee - Schnitzelburg/Germantown

Great experience every time I visit. The Beekeeper's Brew is my fave. The vegan breakfast is my go-to.

Great establishment. Service has never been an issue. Lines seem to move without a feeling of waiting an excessive amount of time. Haven't had an expression blended drink that disappointed. Btw don't go in thinking a similar named drink as another chain may have are the same. Not a great difference but enough to taste immediately.

Heine is in general just fine. It's probably good in a city without so many microroasteries, but the coffee often tastes like it's been sitting too long and has gotten a little burned. I still go fairly often because I meet people to study and there's always good seating.

I love the coffee and pastries!! I will also note that their coffee gives me more of a kickstart than their competitor Starbucks! My only issue is the unfriendliness of the staff. I get my coffee from Heine Brothers 3 to 4 days out of the week and every time I feel like I'm a burden to the staff. I don't want to be praised or High-fived but a smile or something as simple as eye contact would be nice.

I go here everyday and they have a really unprofessional person working the drive thru on weekends, blonde short hair she just ruin my entire day

Heine Bros. is by far the best coffee in town. This location has super nice staff that are very efficient. One star off only because the drive thru isn't the most convenient or well-planned.

Terrible atmosphere at the Eastern parkway store, not a happy or welcoming place, I've visited it for the last time. I like Heine Bros. other locations but this one seems to be severely lack personality. I will continue to visit the Outer Loop location and the one in Clarksville but I'm done with Eastern Parkway, kinda sad since it's closest to my office.

I love this Heine Bros and their lattes! But after 7:30 weekdays and on weekends they are VERY SLOW and have put many of my mornings behind with more that 12 minute wait times in the drive thru. Also, if someone pulls in behind you, you can't decide to leave.

AMAZING!! They had a delicious vegan bannana muffin and the best vegan jerky I've ever had if your looking for a gluten free and vegan option coffee place i highly recommend them!

I stop here at least twice a week and appreciate that I can spend a few hours on Saturday or Sunday morning working on my dissertation and not be bothered by anyone. the coffee is very solid and I like the large Latte!

I like Heine brothers the more I drink there!
