A bit of a wait but friendly courteous service. Killer Bee Frozen Coffee Drink was delicious. Local sourced Honey in this drink. Clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Employees were kind and patient with me. I don't go to these types of places a lot because I don't do caffeine. But they recommended a delicious tea that was caffeine free. Very happy.

The staff at this location were absolutely amazing! I really appreciated their kindness.
What I DIDN’T appreciate was the fact that they didn’t have trash cans in both of the bathrooms for menstruation products. The trash can they did have in one bathroom was broken and basically an open container for all to see used products.
Not to mention they’re clearly at capacity, but no mask mandate.
Frankly these seem like no brainers for Heine Bros to show their customers and staff they care about their health and well-being.

This is definitely my favorite Heine Brother's in Louisville! It's close to my house and I have several friends who have worked there and are still working there. But recently I haven't been wanting to go inside to order my drinks due to the customers not wearing masks, I just don't feel safe enough to go in to the store and order or even just to see my friends who work there. The entire staff wears masks and I try my best to respect them and their work environment by wearing my own but with the increase in covid cases I think that bringing back a mask mandate for customers would not only help my piece of mind but it would also help the staff feel safer at their work place.

(1) The Barista came to the counter to take my order, but turned away because another customer spoke up after I did, asking for more creamer. That took a couple minutes. When she finally came back to take my order, I mentioned to her I was in a big hurry because I had a bus to catch. I ordered a blueberry lemon scone and a medium peppermint mocha latte. (2) When she returned with my order she didn't say anything, even though I said, "Thank you." (3) It wasn't until I was outside that I discovered that I had been given a blueberry lemon MUFFIN (which is the same price, though smaller than a scone) and a medium mocha (NOT PEPPERMINT MOCHA) latte. Not only is Heine Bros. expensive, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I love this location and their baristas! However I no longer feel safe at this location due to the amount of maskless costumers. With the recent numbers of cover rising, I can not put myself or others at risk. The employees and other costumers deserve better. Until the mask mandate is reinstated at this location I will no longer be going here but supporting other businesses that do mandate masks.

Service in store or in the drive thru is excellent. If you have pups, you can get a treat for them also! Staff is always helpful and kind. There’s a wide variety of coffee flavors, the muffins are delicious and never had any issues with mistakes with my order. This has become our go to spot
