Heine Brothers Coffee - Gardiner Lane Shopping Center

Purchased beans and they grinded them into a powder. Staff was into their own world. Coffee shop seems more of a retail store. Miss the old days of a quiet atmosphere

Great music selection, great place to chill if you want to just have a cup of tea or coffee. Not a huge selection of things to nibble on though, but it's sufficient for those who are usually just grabbing a drink to chat or catch up with someone.

Absolutely love this location of Heine Bro’s solely bc of Shelby the barista! Was running late one morning and forgot to mention I needed my coffee soy at the drive thru speaker and got to the window slightly freaking out that I would hold up the line and inconvenience the workers if I corrected it too late. Shelby was so understanding of the issue and remade my latte in record speed, and it was PERFECT! Will definitely be returning to this location, the people were so kind and made my morning! Thank you Heine Bro’s!

Stopped by here while charging up my tesla on the superchargers across the street. Great selection of coffess, hot chocolate and my favorite chai's. I got a chocolate muffin from thier vast selection of baked goods. They also had many different sitting areas and a nice selection of games to pass the time. I will return when I am back in the area.

I love Heine Bros! The staff is friendly and they are very accommodating! I went to college in Louisville and have yet to find a coffee shop anywhere else that I like half as much!

Laid back and causal environment to enjoy a cup of coffee. Great place to socialize, do homework, or study. They have WiFi and comfortable tables and chairs. Their coffee is exotic. Not your typical coffee from a gas station or Starbucks.

We went through the drive-thru and the customer in front of us paid for our drink with cash. The worker at the window pocketed the cash and charged us anyway. IMO that's lame. Our mocha iceberg was good though. Very caffeinated.

Berry smoothie was smooth as expected. Everything bagel was everything and more than I expected.

My experience here was seriously disappointing. I purchased an iced mocha and a Carmel latte and they tasted the exact same!?

I swear my iced mocha was made with water instead of milk. I’m no coffee expert but if you all are making your mochas with water purposefully, you’re doing it all wrong.

Also note that the barista making the terrible coffee was talking with the other barista about how tired and hungover she is... she was so “tired” that she wasn’t even yelling out drink orders for people. I HAD TO DO HER JOB BY LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THEIR COFFEE WAS READY BECAUSE SHE WAS TOO TIRED TO DO SO!?!?!?

This store needs some serious TLC and adult supervision.

Very progressive coffee shop. I love it!
