Great coffee and food but they randomly kicked everyone out of the entire store for 30 minutes. Very rude and no explanation provided.

Arrived at 7:15 and ordered coffee, scone, and a muffin. Tipped in advance despite the abrasive/ indifferent vibe. When we received the order at 7:20, the muffin and scone were ice cold and rock hard, so we asked to heat them up. They refused "because we close at 8 and the microwave is off." I've worked at a few restaurants and never refused service to someone who ordered 45 mins before close, not to mention tipped already. No thank you.

I could honestly go on and on about how much I love my heine bros. Ever since I started getting their coffee, I have NOT been able to go back to starbucks. Everything is always fresh and locally made not to mention the staff is always spot on. i never leave reviews but Heine sure deserves one because they are killing the coffee game and have since day 1.

Vegan options, next to a Tesla Supercharger, and excellent coffee! Good service, clean bathrooms, and comfy seating option. Would recommend.

I stopped coming here for a long time, but I stopped in Friday & again today. I’m very happy that I did, the staff was very friendly and my coffee came out quick! I was asked by 3 staff members and a manager how my day was. Kudos to him & all 3 staff members! I will be back!

Today October 24th at around 7pm.
Some old dude came in and started harassing two baristas and continued to mess with them about not having hot coffee when they made it for him several times and even then he just complained and demanded his money back. I felt bad for them they were working their tails off and did an outstanding job with handling that customer. They were calm and very polite. But he did insinuate he was going to report them and that stressed them out a lot I could tell. But I'm just posting this to let this company know that the baristas here are working very hard and they should not have costumers they have to deal with like that.

Love the service at this location. Easy backroad access to newburg rd.
The interior renovation was quick. I usually order ahead with the app and drinks are ready when I get there.

EDITED/UPDATED
This clearly used to be a favorite cafe of ours and we planned our Supercharger stops around this specific place. Unfortunately it has gone downhill the past couple of times we've been here and tonight, our service was simply unacceptable. We ordered with a girl at the desk who was obviously not happy to be there. Fine, it's closing time. I get it, no big deal. Here's a good tip before I even get my order. Well, kind of regretting that decision because when we receive our scone and muffin, they're cold to the touch and the scone is hard. Literally, it made a noise when I tapped it on the table. I walk up to the counter (it's about 7:30 now- we ordered around 7:20) to ask her to heat them up- they've always just come that way previously. She says "no, the ovens are turned off because we close at 8". So... Ovens are apparently turned off before 7:30 even though you close at 8? I didn't say anything but I was pretty bummed. We try to eat them anyway and the muffin was fine but the scone was like eating a piece of chalk with bacon bits in it.. I'm hoping these are one of situations lately because I'm about ready to change our trip route to the other nearby charger- this cafe was literally the only reason we chose this location to charge our car.
Please hire better employees.

This is one of our favorite Tesla supercharger stops now simply because of this coffee shop. Not only is their coffee amazing, the staff is friendly and the scones&muffins are to die for. I've never liked any baked good with poppy seeds or lemon in it until my husband got the lemon poppyseed muffin here. It is DELICIOUS!! We also tried the scones- bacon cheddar, chocolate peanut butter, banana chocolate chip, cinnamon streusel, etc. We've yet to be disappointed. We now plan our route through Louisville specifically to come to this coffee shop. Highly recommend!

Vegan options available.

Didn’t even get to ordering anything because the bathrooms were so bad I wanted to leave immediately. Not only were they dirty, there was at least a half gallon of soap spilled on the floor and my son slipped in it and fell hard on the concrete. They had placed a wet floor sign near the bathroom but not in a way you would know it’s for the bathroom. I told a person working there and her response was “oh yea it happened when we were trying to refill the soap.” Regardless of the soap, I’ve seen cleaner truck stop bathrooms. It was a cute space and the pastries looked good, just steer clear of the bathrooms.

Great outdoor seating areas for enjoying the day and a little people watching. Close to lots of shopping and major thoroughfares which has its upsides and downsides. Also, Lexus electric vehicle charging stations are conveniently located directly across the street from the coffee shop. Delicious coffees and local baked goods, too.
