Fun Boba Tea

I frequent this business as often as possible. I wish I could go more. My daughter and I LOVE it here. The owners are super friendly. The staff is great. Everything we have tried here has been awesome.
Everyone should go, and buy their merch as well! The shirts are super cute and comfy, they have cute holders with various designs to put your cup in, other items too. I think we have bought everything except the plushie they have, but we'll have to get that soon.
I ALWAYS tell pretty much everyone I talk to to come check this place out. You will not regret it.

Fun Boba is a wonderful experience! The staff is really friendly. The store is clean and well put together.
The tea is so delicious. I've had several different flavors there so far and have loved every single one of them. A must have in Louisville!

The atmosphere is really nice and cute. The menu is expansive but I think it may be part of why I'm giving three stars. We had quite the wait. I think if the menu was a little bit more condensed, it would help with the service times. With that being said, I had the puff waffle which was delicious and the presentation was fantastic. We also ordered the Okinawa milk tea.

This place is UNFORGETTABLE!!! The workers, the atmosphere, the menu, the cleanliness, the time management, I mean there was nothing that was not done right. The owner is a FANTASTIC woman. She let me try a boba before I ordered a drink to see if I would even like it. She actually WANTED me to enjoy my drink and didn’t care about the money aspect. After I ordered and we sat down, she asked me if I liked my drink (which I LOVED!!! It was a strawberry matcha latte) and she came over and let me try something else. It was like a strawberry cheesecake thing, she told me to get that added next time to my drink. She stood there and talked to us about her business and was just so humble and nice. When we left ALL the workers told us bye. It was a wonderful experience and I CANNOT WAIT to go back. The desserts me and my husband got were the bubble puff cakes. You get a choice of ice cream, choice of three toppings, whip cream and choice of syrup. *my husband was the bald guy and I am the girl with the pink hair*

This was our first time coming to Fun Boba tea. The employee was very helpful I forgot to get his name. He explained every kind of boba for me. I got green tea with pineapple n mango boba 50% sweet it was so good. My nephew and daughter got coffee and milk boba they were all delicious and it's not too expensive at all they are like $5 each.🥰😍 you have to try it so good!

Hi this is the big bald guy that was with the girl that had the pink hair, me and my wife absolutely adored the owner and her establishment, and you can tell she feels the same about her customers. You are amazing and have done such a great job with your local business, the desserts were the BEST. I wish nothing but the best for you and your endeavors. 💜 We will be back!!

My new favorite drink spot in Louisville! They have great customer service and the staff is great! Yesterday was my first time trying it and they helped recommend a drink for me to try. I unfortunately don’t like the taste of tea so I didn’t like my drink (my own fault and I should have known!) I wasn’t going to say anything and had just accepted that it wasn’t my thing. The staff however asked how I liked my drink because they knew it was my first time. They immediately offered other drinks for me to try and made me a Sunset Love. It was incredible and it completely changed my opinion of the shop! I brought my husband back today for him to try it as well!

If I could give them any more stars I would. This place is awesome! We came to Louisville to go to the zoo and we went and found dinner afterwards and then of course you have to follow that up with dessert. We love trying new boba places and we found this place. The owner was pleasant and helpful since we had never been there. We all tried a different drink and we each got one of the bubble desserts and they were delicious. And so pretty to look at. We will definitely be returning to their new location the next time we are in town. Love it

I’ve tried many different boba places. Nothing compares to Fun Tea! The boba milk tea is wonderful. If you want quality milk tea or bubble puff cake, this is the place. The Thai tea is so fresh you can actually see them using the leaves. And the customer service is fantastic. You may have to wait a little for your order during their busier times, but it’s worth the wait.

I go here probably now weekly and it’s always amazing, staff are always nice and their fruit teas are amazing. Super nice about the many questions I ask just since I’m still trying things.
I say a good order is any fruit tea with mango popping boba cause they are always amazing but the milk teas and lattes are good too (I just can’t handle too much boba) if you are in the highlands and wanna try some teas I say go here.
Depending on what you order or just when you come it it may take a few minutes to get the order but that’s nothing to do with staff. That’s just DoorDash and rush hour.
I only had one problem and that’s once forgot to ask about my punch card but to be fair I forgot I had one lol.
Tldr: amazing shop with delicious fruit teas and amazing staff
