Clean, very well organized. Has better toilet paper than the other Barnes and Noble.

My happy place. Nice café and comfortable to browse and shop for books and gifts all with a wonderful staff

The store always Carrie's interestingthings. It is kind of a downer that the Starbucks hasn't worked out anything to accept the B&N gift cards, or the fact they cant take the digital payments from the app. Staff was friendly, and although there seemed to be a lot of staff, they seemed scarce. The place is neat, clean (important for both the cafe and store itself), and was blissfully quiet. We were looking through cookbooks for specifics, and this one was great!

For as large as the store is, they are missing a lot of things. I know overall, they can't carry everything, but I do expect that if you have part 1, 3, 4 and 5 of a series, that they should have the second book. They didn't and don't know if or when it's coming. Again, understandable, but this happened with 3 different sets of books we were looking to purchase.

I was visiting from Indianapolis and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the cashier was pleasantly polite. I purchased two books on sign language.

This is like no other Barnes and Nobles I've ever been in! It's huge ceilings are beautifully designed with arches and it has a HUGE variety of things from science fiction to non and a kid sections full of beautiful colors! Along with a vintage music store and a cafe! My absolute favorite section was the gameboard section full of epic dice and playing cards!

We stopped at the cafe for coffee before ranging the aisles. I wanted the most recent edition of the Best American Poetry. The clerk knew where it should have been and that it was purchased the day before. I would like to think that current editions of popular anthologies would be in stock, but I appreciated her willingness to order a copy for me.

It's no surprise to anyone that brick and mortar bookstores are on their way out. It's cheaper and more convenient to buy your books online, without a doubt.
When I do go to a physical bookstore, I make it this one for several reasons.
First of all, the place is huge for a single story Barnes & Noble. If you can't find what you're looking for, they can order it in for you, and it won't cost you anything for shipping (that's always a plus!)
If you're looking for a magazine, chances are good that they will have it. I've found magazines for obscure hobbies I'd never think of, and even a few for the discerning adult.
Finally, the Starbucks in this location is rather prominent. It sits on a dais in the middle of the store, with plenty of room for you to relax and drink a cuppa while enjoying Crotchet Today. They even host group events (non-affiliated), like an independent writer's workshop I recently attended.
All I'm saying is, if you want that feeling of actually browsing for your next favorite novel, you can't do much better locally than this store.
