drinks were AMAZING.. happened to be in the plaza and decided to try it out for the first time. definitely gonna be a regular. As a recommendation you'd absolutely love their mermaid energy drink !! staff was very helpful and kind and made me feel welcome :)

Great little locally owned place with delicious healthy smoothies and I've always gotten served by friendly staff that had given great recommendations when I wanted to try something new! Definitely recommend!

They serve Herbalife products. Herbalife is a multilevel marketing scheme. They’ve been associated with liver damage/failure and multiple negative health effects. Not to mention that Herbalife had to pay out millions due to criminal and civil court cases. If you truly want to make dietary changes, see a registered dietician or nutritionist. Not a “wellness coach” pushing MLM products.

Love shakes that taste like dessert with low calories, low fat and we also tried the natural energy bomb which was D'bomb! Middletown needs this type of place as not many healthy choices with awesome happy people!
