I've had good experiences here. Hard to find brick and mortar places like this with the same level of variety.

My favorite place to shop for books. I was buying my girlfriend a new book and all I had to do is ask for the Barnes& nobles exclusive edition and the helpful staff helped me find it. The prices were competitive and like always the experience was a breeze

I placed an online order and came inside to pickup, the lady who assisted me was super annoyed and rude. She acted like I was making a huge request for her to turn around and find my books. I told her my name, and I saw my books on the shelf behind her because they were labeled. She turns back around, huffs, and goes "There another name it could be under? Not seeing anything under that name," I say, "Well my last name is Lancaster." She turns around and grabs them and rips the paper off so I wouldn't see that it also had my first name on it. I stay pleasant, maybe she just didn't see them the first time. I say, "Thank you, have a good one!" She responded, "yep."
This is similar to the service I have received before, but this experience stuck out to me. It should not be acceptable for employees to act so annoyed at customers, when they are simply picking up an online order.

I enjoy visiting this store. Bought some board games. Good selection of old games.

Great staff and always stocked with an intriguing selection of books.

There's a horrible reverb in the sound system like you're being tortured. There were loud kids in here at one point no one did anything about. The place was dusty. The windows were filthy. The garbage was overflowing. Totally not relaxing in any way. The few staff encounters seemed pleasant but without any notice to take charge to clean or correct an issue.

Always a good location.
The layout is easy to navigate.
The employees are kind and helpful.
The magazine selection is impressive, my wife found one on dollhouses, which we have never seen before.

A very clean and well lit store. Layout is user friendly. Found what I was looking for on the bargain table. It just so happens that what I liked out ran the money in my wallet. Another great shopping experience though.

always such a fan of the layout. staff do an excellent job of keeping everything clean and orderly, and have always been super polite and helpful. I only wish more staff and customers would wear masks!
