I don't really know what to write here, which is a first. Prices are good and typically beat Amazon. They have a pretty awesome book club to join (or in my case just read the monthly books and discuss it with my dog). They do have a little cafe inside as well, which is fantastic because with every good book there's always an equally good cup of coffee to go along with it. The staff are friendly and are really amazing when it comes to helping you find the book you're looking for, although typically it's always right where you last looked but you just didnt notice it. Unless that's just me... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

When you are greeted and helped in any store today, it is a plus! We found everything we needed, from birthday cards to journals and the prices were definitely great. Closing out the visit, a free cookie by the clerk....

Great deals on leather bound classics

It's not unusual to experience aloof customer service in a retail environment. This store raises the bar for consistent vacant and rude customer service from perusing the aisles to asking for help with a subject search all the way to check out. The checkout employee said nothing while taking my money except are you a rewards member. No welcome, no thanks, no see ya. The only way a store can be this consistently crass is that facility leadership reflects the same ethic. A contemptuous environment.

It seemed to me they were stocking a few less books. But I really enjoyed browsing the aisles. Neat. Clean. Comfortable.

Can't believe we are lucky enough to have this. Very wide selection and you always find what you want/need. Discounts for teachers makes it even better. Add in the coffee bar and you actually have a nice place for a different kind of date night.

My husband and I entered the store wearing masks and ordered food at the Cafe. We were the only ones in the entire cafe and we sat down at the table to enjoy our drink and food. We took our mask off to eat and drink.

I kid you not. The manager just came across the store to our table and told me that unless I'm taking a sip of my drink that I had to put my mask on. I thanked him for reminding me and then had him verify what he was saying.
"So, then, you are saying that I need to put my mask back on between EACH SIP????"

YES.......put your mask on between each sip.

It's the awesome service you can expect from Barnes and Noble, in an amazing store! This store is really cool because it looks like an old train station, and is HUGE. The staff is friendly and knows quite a bit about almost everything. They can help you find the perfect gift, study guide, or book!

You can find everything you're looking for, from specific books till collector's films, special editions at incredible prices. The customer service is great, everyone is helpful and pays attention to all of you needs. For those who want to find an attractive place to study, out of the library but with the same peaceful environment, the cafe area of Barnes and Noble is the ideal one. I love to come back here once and again.
