Dutch Bros Coffee

Coffee is great. But slow as molasses, definitely not very efficient on speed compared to other locations. Also, I have the app for when I'm at other states, I had the half birthday reward. I told the lady at the drive through. But she still charged me full price. I didn't want to sit in the line again for another 30 minutes to get it straightened out. Definitely lots of bugs they need to work on. Think I'll just stick to my local spot vs coming here anymore.
Edit to add: I mentioned this to the lady at the window and she said o sorry. Your phone isn't scannable. I said she didn't even attempt to scan it. She said o oops. Our system is funny like that. So I got blown off pretty much. Just laughed about it. 0 out of 5 stars

This place is lit! No really everyone there seems like they are having a really good time. Then again if I was slinging some of the most delicious coffee in the town I would feel pretty good too. I get an iced mocha flapjack and it tastes like dessert. Delicious. Sugary. Coffee. Yum.

I waited in line for 28 minutes, realized that on the app the drinks I ordered were a combined $14.76, and I was charged $19.56 meaning the girl added gratuity without my permission. Got to the window and my drink was only filled halfway after asking for light ice and to fix it they just added 6oz of ice to make it “full”. My wife’s drink which was large ordered was a medium, and the other drink I ordered was a totally different drink. When I asked them to fix the rest they said I’d have to go to the back of the line and wait again. This place needs new management. Not to mention when I got to the window after half an hour of waiting, every employee inside was moving slower than a toddler. Horrible experience. Drinks are good though.

I came to get my friend a coffee because she was having a bad day. I wasn’t sure what she wanted so I called her while the nice worker (her name was Kylie) waited patiently. I explained to her that my friend was having a bad day, and after I ordered she told me that my order was paid for because my friend was having a bad day. I just wanted to come on here and share this beautiful experience and hopefully Kylie sees it and gets the recognition she deserves❤️

I love the coffee here but I only go if I don't have things to do. The wait has taken up to 45 minutes before for two iced lattes. I can't do that during the week. I really hope the speed and efficency improves.

Went to the walk up window waited 10 mins no one came to the window. One girl seen us but didn't come over to get our order 😕 😪 went threw drive threw oh my gosh they took forever. 😐 Both locations need to work on speed.

Would give more stars, this place is good, but I came here a few days after opening and waited 5x longer than I did the day they opened and the line was even longer that day. Waited in line for 45+ minutes for 1 drink. Ridiculous. If you can’t handle 2 lanes, don’t have 2 lanes.

Was okay. Nothing to get excited about. Kinda dull service. Coffee is better at the gas station. Not bad though. Line is too slow, with barely 6 cars in drive at 1030 on a Sunday. Took 25 mins to get the coffee.

My new favorite place!! I make the 25 minute trip because we don’t have an east Wichita location just yet. So worth it!! Waited in a drive thru line for 35 minutes because they were slammed but still was worth it.

First time here with my fiancé. Very friendly. I got the Mangonada and it’s really good. He got a Double Rainbro no coconut. Wish it wasn’t 1.5 hours away from home!
