It started out shaken, when the barista young lady made my smoothie incorrectly. She refused to take it back.
I asked for the Mgr( Malaki- biblical name)?? Young but very professional. He made my smoothie himself and complimented my meal. He saved it. I love the atmosphere and planning to return soon

I usually go to the location close to my house, but I was downtown and haven’t been to this location in years so I went. That ended up being a bad decision. I ordered the same iced mocha I always order and it was disgusting. It was lukewarm, had a bitter flavor and the whip cream was curdled. Not to mention it spilled all over the inside of my vehicle because the lid wasn’t put on all the way. Extremely disappointed in spending money on an undrinkable mocha.

Best coffee shop I've ever been to! Des Moines sure has allot of awesome places to vibe and this is easily one of my favorite spots to meet with friends and family.

This place is legit! Staff was very nice and helpful. Foods were delicious and the coffee is better than most. Definitely stop here.

Smokey Row's food is always quite good! Great coffee and coffee snacks, as well as regular food. Very liberal vibe, have seen a homeless person go in one time and give some patrons and workers some serious issues, but usually an okay spot to be.

Its a really nice cafe. I had a chi tea and a bread soup bowl. It's really good !! Definitely recommend!! :D

This location always seems to be buzzing with activity. Sometimes that makes it a challenge to find a seat. (Go at 6am and you won't have that problem) We appreciate the large meeting room, where we have hosted several meetings and classes in. Staff has been accommodating and friendly.

Good food especially the ice cream, but the tables were not clean and they don't seem to have booster seats.
