overall excellent. atmosphere is best part. location rocks. service and product are both very good. only recent complaint: they have puddles and streaks of grease on their stairs that they're ignoring. its like anything outside doesn't matter? Still 5 stars, just venting :)

I love Smokey Row!!! I always make an effort to go here when I am in town!! Great food, pastries, coffee, and ice-cream. A great place to catch up with friends or do work as well

Love this place, I would consider myself a regular. I have tried many drink and have loved all of them. They have a different take on chai which is a little stronger of a chai but I really like it. If you don't like busy or loud however I would steer clear because it is usually hard to find a seat when I have been there. It is busy at all times of the day. Staff is 3/4 usually positive. Almost everyone I get is amazing but there is one routine barista who acts like she doesn't really want to be there or I have heard her talking bad about another customer. Didn't like that but also didn't let it change my opinion on the place. I would recommend this place to anyone in town or passing through as a cool spot to check out.
Update: changed my 5 star to a 3 star because of routinely bad customer service. Employees yelling, getting mad at people in the drive through to close to closing while making fun of them for the entire shop to hear, and many other bad customer experiences.

I have always liked Smokey Row much better than other coffee places, but, the last couple if times the lattes weren't as good as they used to be. There wasn't enough flavor. I got a Snickers Bar Latte and it tasted like a plain latte with no flavor. Last time I ordered a Turtle Mocha and same thing.

The coffee is good, not great. Food is often a bit sub-par as well. The great thing about Smokey Row is the environment. Lots of seating, really cool atmosphere. Good location too. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Great place to study or get work done with lots of food and drink variety and options.
