Riverside Cafe

We had breakfast for dinner and it was delicious! I had an omelette with hash browns and my husband had eggs, french toast and biscuits and gravy - which were all very good. Out server was really sweet and took excellent care of us (I'm so sorry I forgot her name). Loved hearing the other staff interacting with customers - a very friendly atmosphere.

Two groups in the place when we arrived, 1/2 of the dinning area was blocked off. The young lady as we walked in said we could sit anywhere there was silverware. We got seated then waited for 10 minutes before the same young lady came and asked about drinks, we ordered right then. Food came pretty quickly, was correct and good, coleslaw had alot of onions. Then the waiting game for the waitress to come back with the bill. In looking at previous reviews it seems the food is good but service is the area for improvement.

You can't go wrong at Riverside. Food is always hot, plentiful and delicious. Kayla was our server and she was super.

I don't know if we got the b staff or what but our first time there will be our last.The silverware was dirty. The wall was dirty .the window covering was dirty. Our eggs had grill crud on them (you know those little black specks from when they don't clean the grill). They messed up over hard eggs. They messed up over medium eggs. The wait staff was less than helpful. Portions were okay. The hash browns came with hard fried omelette extras in it where they didn't clean off the the western omelet (or what ever)that they were cooking. I can see the potential in this place if they cleanup and tighten up their service.

My family and I went here for breakfast. We had Megan, who was AMAZING! We were visiting family and she was so friendly and helped us with our 6 year old. Megan was so great, we went back the next day! Asked for her section! The food is standard diner fair, done well. The pancakes are amazing!

Really good food and HUGE portions for reasonable price. Waitress was nice and checked often to see if we needed anything. Plus, out of they're awesome menu of everything you can think of, they serve anything on the menu anytime including breakfast all day. 👍👍

They give you a good size portions plenty to eat it was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly and the prices was reasonable
