Good food and service. Great recommendations by our server. Parking was ample behind the lot in the parking garage. The drinks were good. I loved the cold brew. Even the kids meal were great. They enjoyed it. I found the food to be too sour at times. Wish they had given the lemon or lime spice as an extra or some condiment to counter it. I would definitely be back.

I waited to do a review for this place because my first experience was so absolutely ridiculous that I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke. After eating here more than a few times I spent today eating brunch to see where it stands on my breakfast list. I can now say without a doubt this is my favorite restaurant of all time.

I have eaten and done hundreds of reviews on Google and this one after ten years of reviews is the best. The staff is absolutely amazing, the chef is freaking ridiculously good and the management cares. The best part is everything is made from scratch and you can tell. I will be eating here on a regular basis.

Also bonus tip: The smoked Old Fashioned is absolutely the best I've ever had in my life. The drinks are made with all bitters and I'm pretty sure syrups made by the bartender.

Proximo is a great place for brunch. They have a nice menu with a lot of variety. I highly recommend the breakfast tacos and getting four different proteins. The staff is very friendly and this is a scratch kitchen, so most meals can be customized to your liking or needs. They have outdoor seating that is great for those summer morning brunches.

Amazing placed downtown for brunch, which was out goal. We didn't make a reservation so there was a small wait but it was worth it. The service was great and the food was phenomenal. Definitely go check it out. We'll be going back for dinner soon.

I dined her with my colleagues and absolutely enjoyed the meal, service, and ambiance. The staff was very friendly and the dishes were really authentic and made from scratch. We especially enjoyed the Mushroom Esbeche, and the vegan mushroom Barbacoa. The food was little pricey but was worth the quality. To top it all, drinks were really delish too! Would absolutely recommend this restaurant!

Proximo is top notch all the way around. We enjoyed the Shrimp and Grits and Risotto with Halibut. Both dishes were phenomenal and loaded with such flavor. The service was also great and knowledgeable. For appetizer we had grilled leeks with chorizo and romesco sauce, another winner. We will definitely be back again. Make your reservations as soon as you can.

Decent place to unwind from the pressures of the city. A family-kid friendly restaurant. Spacious and the atmosphere is reviving. Food are scrumptious, loved the ceviche!

Próximo never ceases to provide amazing food and service. It is more upscale, but they make it worth the money. The pork chop al pastor is incredible and the sweet glaze they put on top in delicious. Patatas bravas make an excellent side and they were sweet enough to gift us the churros for our anniversary dinner. So amazing! I’d love to come back here for every anniversary.

Very good lunch. More than par. I would go so far as to call it "yummy". Very clean, well lit and smartly appointed spaces.
Might have been the time of day but there was no hostess at the station for many minutes and I had to take matters into my own hands with the bartender. All ended well without too much fuss but..

We went for lunch on the patio and we were blown away. We went in expecting it to be good and it was even better. Our waitress (who was also waiting on the bar. She killed it.) Was great, sweet, attentive. The drinks were great. The food was phenomenal. They were definitely different, but I suggest getting out of your comfort zone. They balance the tastes so well between spice and sweet. When there I saw they had a brunch. I guess I have to go back!
