Just some of the owner responses don’t make me want to visit...

Update: Upon reading further replies I find the owner hiding behind the fact that it receives several other good reviews, and hardly ever address the main problem, it’s quite frustrating to see someone claim to want to “improve” upon their store or overall customer satisfaction, and at the same time blatantly fails to acknowledge that they may ever be at fault because why would they all they want is to find the wonderful cats a Fur-ever home and anything they do is for the consideration of the cats.

P.S. I don’t usually review anyone because I’ve never felt the need to, and I felt like it was my civil duty to give you a bad review mainly considering since you again never addressed any problems or talked about a possible solution.

Very quiet place to enjoy a cup of coffee

Nice place, well done. There is a $7 fee to go into cat room. No signage indicating the fee, was embarrassed by the staff for going into room without paying. I told her that they needed to post it clearly so people would know and was rudely told the fee was explained on the internet website. That's great but we wandered in from the street oblivious to the fee. If not for that would have been 5 stars. She apologized "if she embarrassed me" but by that time it's to late.
I wish them the best and hope they are able to continue.

My daughter and I had a great time petting and playing with the cats. The employees were very friendly and the macarons tasted wonderful! This is a fun, relaxing place to visit.

This place is so much fun and so relaxing! If you have a free day I highly recommend going and enjoy a cup of coffee with the amazing cats!!

River Kitty has the most tranquil and soothing establishment for both humans and felines. The fact that the cafe part is on a separate air vent is genius. So even allergy ridden cat lovers can enjoy their entertaining play.

Warm and friendly place! Drinks are made with great quality and care. I had conversation with a very pleasant women while visiting with the cats. Can not wait to return.

Make a reservation. Awesome staff and beautiful cafe. Great idea to spend time with and hopefully adopt a deserving cat. Good drink selections. Really cool/different!

Coffee and food and 🐈 😻 😺 🐱 in a room that in a stilled room. ☕🧁
