Hopscotch Coffee

Typical pretentious Bloomington shop where the staff is too hip to acknowledge its customers. However, the coffee was awesome! There is a cool vibe to the seating area and plenty of space outdoors to watch passersby on the B Line Trail. We stopped in for something hot on our way to Switchyard and the matcha lattes hit the spot!

We went to hopscotch for the first time and it was delicious! I got a cappuccino with lavender syrup...it was incredible hands down! The savory flavor of the lavender mixed the slight sweetness from the cappuccino was just perfect! I’m excited to try they’re other syrups on our next trip (probably the rose flavor...yum!) Just ask which syrups they have available to pick your favorite! We also got a breakfast Sammich which was also very tasty! They are doing pickup only due to COVID and everyone is very conscious and safe. Can’t wait for our next visit!!

Really a clean and professional looking building. Good coffee and good and friendly costumer service. Really fast too! I only waited for about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes for my Iced Mocha!

This place is fantastic. Coffee is hot and not over espressed , so not bitter. Service is always great and everything I've tried has been magnificent.

The only reason I am giving three stars is for the space and location to the trail.
I told the staff I would need a minute and then when I asked about a carmel macchiato and carmel syrup they replied no with and asked if I needed a menu , when I was clearly looking at the menu. I ordered an Americano and it was way too hot to carry even with a sleeve. I had to ask for a sleeve as one was not provided. They were not friendly or helpful during this visit. I also felt judged because I came in with a stroller.

Those other coffee shops will tell you that they cant get a cappuccino to foam with plain old almond milk. These guys are professionals. Pros really. We are lucky to have them. Super flavorful grind combined with the light and creamy foam. Yum. Plus the atmosphere is condusive to actually getting quality work done.

Really nice atmosphere and wonderful staff, and they even offer real food until 2! My only problem is that it’s a bit expensive compared to similar cafes here, but that’s it. Really nice otherwise!

This is our go-to spot after church in Sundays. The kids love to either get the 'Homer Donut's, or some other tasty treat. They also like the chai latte and the assortment of specialized, hand-mixed sodas available. I like their coffee, black.
Also, I think their huevos rancheros are possibly the best in town.. I'll have to go back and try those again!

Decent spot for brunch. Staff could have been more friendly while paying at the counter. Also very little seating for brunch.

Tried this coffee shop out. They have good coffee and tea options. Nice spot right off the B Line.
