La Principal

This place serves some of the best tacos I've had since I moved to the Chicago area 3 years ago. The margaritas are also amazing, not too sweet and really refreshing. If you have a sweet tooth like me, make sure you try their churro con chocolate, also not overly sweet, and definitely worth it!

The food here is pretty good. It's an a la care place, so it can get a little pricey. Their cocktail selection is decent, and they do a bunch of charity drives (buy a beer - save a cat, every last Tuesday they donate a dollar from every taco, etc)

I will probably be back, but likely during happy hour or on the last Tuesday of a month.

The tacos are small but packed with meat and really flavorful. The guacamole was great but I loved the chips, just the right amount of crunch. It was my first time ordering from La Principal and I will definitely go back soon.

Nice upscale tacos with good flavor. The kitchen is fast and the food presentation is nice. The music selections are not very good. tacos are about $3 each. NOTE: only the cafecito walk-up window is open on Monday mornings from 6:30 am to 10 am.

Nice people, tremendous food. If you're looking for bold and adventurous flavors delivered via tortilla this is the place.

Personally, I like it a hair more than Antique Taco downtown (they're awesome too) .

During all this craziness in the world, they're still places making things happen! La Principal is one of them! The tacos and pork rinds were excellent!!! I will be stopping by next time I'm in the area!Also telling the rest of my friends that deliver over here to try you guys out! Thanks for the Coke and the hot sauce does the pork rinds good!!!
