I've been here many times and I always have good food and good service. The Earthquake sandwich is still my favorite after all of these years. But they have many other good options too!

A great (if not the best) place to get Breakfast in Carbondale. I love their skillets with ranch potatoes. Service and speed can be a little rough sometimes because this is a VERY busy place at times, but it is totally worth it. Oh, and be sure to bring CASH.

They put onions on everything however they do not mention it on the menu, I am allergic to onions, I questioned it, they said it was on the menu, we verified it was not, when a relative showed up, stating he wanted what our sister ordered, they left off his onions!!! Will never go back.

They always mess up something with your order. The food is really sub par. Last time I went there we were waiting for them to take our payment and get a refill on a water so that one person could take an allergy pill before we left. The male waiter who was not our waiter came over and told us if we are planning on staying any longer we need to move seats. We explain we were just waiting for water and to pay. He again says well as you can see we're busy and takes our payments. Comes back with our receipts just to again say ok you have to move now. The one person takes the pill and we leave. Served okayish food with a side of very disrespectful customer service.

Okay. This is tough. If we are judging based on pancakes alone: Harbaugh's...no contest. Since we rate based on overall experience...Andresen's in Johnston City may have the best hometown breakfast. I based this decision on food variety, atmosphere, cost, location, service, taste and overall experience. Andresen's has cheaper cost and better service. Both are similar in location and variety. Harbaugh's have great atmosphere. Taste are similar and good, (Harbaugh's may have the better pancake) but everything else is close. I went with overall experience, Harbaugh's has poor seating arrangements and you may share your meal with others or you may sit next to front door where everyone that comes in will share in your experience. Andersen's...get a booth for 2.

Came in not sure if we sat ourselves. We sat down to a table then realize some one has already been here, because the glasses were flipped up and had water poured into them and Now empty. We were about to move to another table, but server said No it's clean the people just moved to another table. I said OK, but I didn't drink the water he just poured up in the glasses. The food was good and the server kept checking on us.

The breakfast menu is great
