Huge shaved ice portion sizes, amazing ice scream.

We went here three times. The cons:

Portion sizes changed drastically depending on who was on staff. The one boy on staff last night was taking samples from the ice cream for himself, and was touching his hands to his face. Was a little turned off by this lack of care to customers in the store who could clearly see.

But nonetheless I feel they earned a 5 star, prices are DEFINITELY not family friendly, but you’re on Hawaii and it’s not a necessity so there shouldn’t be any complaints.

Delicious shaved ice—super light texture. Yum! But the real showstopper for me was the dragonfruit sorbet!

The staff was very unfriendly, the shaved ice o got didn’t taste like the flavor I requested and it was not good. The only saving point of it was the ice cream I got in the middle. Will not be returning or recommending

I got the GOP and lemon sorbet, and the GOP was good but the lemon sorbet was really bad, tasted good but had a bunch of weird chunks and ice chunks. price would have been fine if the lemon wasnt so bad.

Good selection of ice cream, massive sized shaved ice. Friendly service and decently priced.

I had the mango and tiger’s blood with lychee ice cream. Huge portion! Very refreshing!

Excellent selection of homemade ice creams and sorbet. Amazing Vegan Chocolate made with coconut milk. Friendly staff and convenient location.

Delicious ice cream and shave ice! I got the mango sorbet and it was so refreshing on a hot humid day. Shave ice was good but not the best place on the island for it. Service was a bit slow but overall good experience.

We stayed at the Royal Sonesta and our family walked here several times throughout our stay! Fabulous ice cream and shaved ice!!
