Rude staff. Bad service. I would never recommend to family or friends! On our honeymoon and got to the restaurant, (which was right below our room) then basically got kicked out 8:20. We were told that their kitchen was closed. Would be nice to know their kitchen hours I guess!

We only stayed 1 night... The view from our room was ideal and beautiful! The sound of the ocean and what would have been a great sunrise spot (if it weren't raining) are a big plus. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel itself is old and dated. The room was pretty dated, but at least painted fresh.

Such a beautiful hotel, we chose a oceanfront room and our room was pretty much close to the sea. We had an amazing stay , for the six day we were there , they cleaned our room just once. You can get fresh water and towels every morning at the reception. There is a really good restaurant next to the hotel and if you are staying at the hotel you can get free appetizers at this restaurant Bull Shed.

Very good hotel! The room is nice, the bed is big and comfortable! There is a refrigerator. the views are amazing! there is a pool and access to the beach on the territory 🏝
Free breakfast is served in the morning (a choice of different cereals, muffins, bars, canned peaches, milk, juice, yogurt). Parking is free and there are enough spaces. And they allow free bike rides for visitors. Recommend! 🙌🏻

Paid for an upgraded room that was supposed to be newly renovated with an ocean view. What I got was a garden level room with no view at all. But they still charged me the price of the newly renovated room with the ocean view. I brought it up to the front desk manager and she just passed the buck and blamed corporate. They're scamming people for more money and running a hustle with Priceline listings. Find an honest hotel that does business the right way. This is not the one

Basically a dressed-up Motel 6 (if that) on the beach...the view and common area by the water are great and the "amenities" (bikes, breakfast, "baby" water bottles) are ok but despite the "beach cottage" decor our room was small, stuffy and humid with a low ceiling and not enough storage for a 5-night stay. My 5'10" husband had to remember not to stretch or change his shirt under the ceiling fan, and even the a/c (which dripped onto our bed) couldn't clear the humidity. No fan in the shower also meant the steam dispersed out into the room (Hawaii doesn't always mean cold showers). The fridge was a good size but nearly pointless as with no microwave we had no means of reheating leftovers or tea/coffee. We would eat at the restaurant again but we won't be staying here.

We stayed at 2 hotels on our trip. One large resort and the ISO. We wanted to go back to the ISO! Just ultra clean and fresh! Quiet with gorgeous views from the rooms. Pool is crystal clear no sand anywhere. Beautiful walking path on the water. Beds are the best I’ve ever slept on. Even the kids mentioned how well they slept hahaha! Staff is very kind. Did I mention how clean the rooms are!:)

This hotel has a nostalgic feel and that is why I picked it. Rooms where clean and staff was friendly. Offers a grab and go breakfast, that includes muffins, milk, juice, cereal and granola bars. They provide bikes on a first come bases, and have a great reputation of having the Bull Shed restaurant.

Very good location, comfortable rooms, even though are getting a bit aged.

Cons: breakfast is really poor and welcoming not really warm. We arrived at 1pm, 2h earlier than check-in, and were denied to deposit the luggage at the reception.

The view is beautiful but they don't allow you to get a King or Queen bed only 2 small beds. The room also smelled very wet and seemed like it had a lot of moisture unfortunately.
