Good coffee, but they do not operste with any difference between the cappuccino and the latte. We ordered one of each, and they were the same. Same amount of milk and same foam.

We tried the pastries, and they were really good!

This coffee shop is in a super cute area with a very photogenic park right across the street! I got a dirty chai latte, and really liked it. I also feel like it’s a good price for the size. I didn’t try any of the food, but the menu looks pretty good. There’s also an area upstairs with tables to work and hangout. Service is friendly, too!

Nice affordable lunch spot in DC near the Navy Yard. Made to order sandwiches. Grilled Chicken Pesto Panini is my go to. Quality food and good service. Great place for espresso if you want something better than Starbucks.

My husband and I love this place! We go every weekend for an Americano and croissant or sometimes a smoked salmon bagel. The prices are MUCH better than most (all?) places in DC and specifically the Navy Yard, and yet the quality is outstanding. The ambiance is unpretentious and the staff are so incredibly nice. I get the vibe that it’s family-owned and run which I really appreciate. The upstairs has a surprisingly large seating area and there’s also a very nice little park right across the street where you can sit and enjoy your coffee.

Updated to add that this morning, for the first time, I got a slice of their cinnamon coffee cake which was only $2.99 for a very thick (and delicious!) slice. This would’ve cost me $5+ at any other DC coffee shop and would’ve been a thinner slice.

This place is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Navy Yard. The sausage egg and cheese is so good and the iced oat milk lattes are fire. Icing on top is the owners (and staff) are so incredibly nice!! The amount of times he has offered to bring my order outside for me because I have my dog with me is more than I can count. They’re the BEST!

Super cute family-run café serving well made coffee, pastries, sandwiches and weekly specials. Their vibe is friendly and efficient. Added bonus is the awesome upstairs space that’s rarely super packed.

I'm from out of town and love a good rich coffee. Love that it was made the way I wanted to perfection. Super clean and kinda friendly.

Place has a cute seating area upstairs overlooking a park. It was nice to drink my coffee watching the dogs playing in the park. My americano was decent. You definitely get a lot for the money. The medium I ordered was the size of a venti at Starbucks. Service was quick and helpful. The bagel sandwich was underwhelming, though. It uses what seemed like kraft singles cheese and was not my favorite.

If you want to start your day the right way you need coffee from the Lot 38! Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic too.

Fast service, lots of seating, clean and bright environment for a meet up or work. I recommend the ciabatta breakfast sandwiches!
