Lot 38 espresso bar

Nice location and space, but the coffee needs work! The espresso was burnt and thin, but the cappuccino was pretty good! The ambiance is lovely and it has a pretty view.

Absolutely delicious coffee! Amazing chai! And the bagels were scrumptious!! Very friendly barista 😁 Please stop by and try them out!

I absolutely LOVE this coffee bar! The Illy brand coffee and other ingredients that they use here are high quality and delicious. Once you try them, you'll be hooked!

My wife and I are split on this one. She thinks any coffee shop with a cheesy "fruit smoothies" sign in the window guarantees bad coffee. Although she is probably right, coffee shops with a lot of tables and a strong wifi connection is hard to come by. I'll take it!
