Dutch Bros Coffee

I decided to give this place a second shot, considering they messed up the first time. On top of this location's horrible traffic control problem, the barista who took my order (I think his name was Slavin) was arrogant and rude. Rolled his eyes when I told him no tip! I will stick to the Coffee Cabin from now on. I enjoy my coffee black and with conservative core values.

The BA-NAY-NAY, is the best. I also love watching their employees interact with dogs, it is the cutest thing ever. They have always been kind, considerate and super nice to my kids too.

I love coming here to get my cup filled!! Everyone is always positive, seems to love their job and rocks at customer service. Thank you for being a positive light in our community!

Usually takes a good while to get your drinks even when the line is short. This place has the best drinks anywhere but the experience is horrible. People who take your order will ask for and expect a tip every visit and the tweens at the window insist on having awkward conversation with you, it’s so uncomfortable. I’d seriously come more often if the experience improved.

The staff is so pleasant! I enjoy the atmosphere!! One person that works there always is so sweet when I can not make up my mind about which drink I want.. Lindsey Speer!!

You were just having a bad day right! I mean you hadn’t had your coffee yet so it probably just irritated you to have to wait?!? I know you wouldn’t call some poor kid out on the internet? I guess your mama was right when she gave you that name! Have a wonderful day and enjoy your coffee from wherever you choose to go until they irritate you too!

I love this shop! The people are friendly and they keep the line moving fast. Bonus points for being able to make practically any drink sugar free!

This was my first time coming to this place, I was in a hurry to catch a class but I thought oh well there is only one car ahead of me let’s give it a try.
The guy in front me ordered his drinks with the girl and he was given his drinks already then another boy came and started a conversation that lasted 10m long they took their time to exchange numbers and everything, I mean seriously !!! When the guy left I ended up just leaving my turn to the next car. I understand to provide a good customer service is important but this is unacceptable.

First time we have ever been. Got the Golden Eagle...don't regret it! Even the mocha was good...and normally I don't like them! I'll make sure to stop again!

Love the positive vibes and how kind each employee is! They make you feel special each visit! They even have our drink order memorized!
