I came in on The Fox Den’s grand opening day, and this shop is one of the cutest and coziest spots in town. They are focused on being as environmentally friendly as possible with an in-house wall mug, to-go mason jars, and everything made and packaged with earth-friendly materials. Excellent coffee, pastries, and gourmet PB&Js. I love their house made rosemary syrup, and you’re able to purchase jars of it for home! They have comfy and practical seating options with easy access to outlets. Also, they have an amazing little shop with goods and art from local artists.
All in all, check it out, friends! You won’t regret it.

Probably one of the most unique coffee shops in Colorado. This is the first no waste cafe in the area, meaning you have an assortment of mugs or glasses to choose from as opposed to cheap plastic cups. The baristas are very friendly and helpful, and you can tell they’re passionate about the company as well. The coffee is very good, and the food options are a little pricey, but delicious. It’s a great place to study or have a coffee date.

A great little coffee and wine shop with an outdoor patio. I love the waste nothing concept and getting to pick my own mug for my drink. I had the seasonal latte, orange, honey, and lavender. The flavors were subtle and blended well together. The molasses ginger cookie was large and had good flavor and texture.

Came up from Denver to visit this no-waste coffee shop and was overwhelmingly impressed by the atmosphere, cold brew (one of the best I've ever had), and hospitality. The shaded outdoor patio proves a relaxing, quiet spot to chat with friends or get some work done. Also had a que-ka (vegan quesadilla) that was delicious. I will be back!

Best dang latteee I ever did have. Great vibes and such a welcoming community to all people. Someone recently called in and complained to the health department about dogs so dogs aren’t allowed in anymore :( …
Thanks for ruining it for everyone else…

No but I’m actually so happy that there is a place like this in FOCO who cares about the waste they produce. Who is making a difference and showing others that it’s possible. Much love.

Rosemary latte is delicious!! What a cute, cozy and delicious coffee shop. So happy to have this in the neighborhood- will be my new favorite spot.

The Fox Den: No Waste Cafe and Roastery is a fantastic new addition to the Laporte and Taft Hill corridor. Side shoutout to Stodgy Brewery for helping make this part of town more inviting and hip!

Fox Den has a little bit of everything for everyone. Their espresso and tea drinks are wonderful! We tried a dirty chai, a regular latte, and a matcha. They are also committed to no waste and only offer alternative milk options for their drinks. As for food, they have a nice selection of hearty meal options as well as baked goods. They also offer plenty of vegan and gluten free options.

Other highlights - Their baristas are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have great indoor and outdoor lounge space with lots of nice shade coverage. And they have a great little shop inside that is solidly committed to upcycling and no waste. Items range from thrifted clothes to art to a "refill bar" for shampoos and soaps.

Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Had a nice little Vegan grilled cheese and soup here. A cute spot to meet up with a friend :)
Only wish was that their cinnamon buns were also vegan, so I could have had one ❤️

Went to fox den for the first time today to get some work done. Everyone there was so nice and answered all the questions I had. It was clean and quiet and a great spot if you’re in for Collins. The drinks were fantastic, I had a London Fog and a drip coffee and a morning glory muffin. 10/10 recommend stopping in if your looking for a cute, cozy coffee shop!
