Love the concept of a no waste coffee shop. Serious kudos to the owner for the focus on a great cause. As for the drinks and snacks, not a fan. It’s great to offer drinks with alternative milks, but to simply not offer regular milk is a little over the top for me. I’m not a fan of the flavor of any nut milk, so the drinks were a turn off for me. I also like gluten and butter in my baked goods, and a traditional pastry was not available. I understand offering alternative ingredients for a diverse customer base, but the total exclusion of traditional ingredients in the drinks and pastries means I will not be back. Too bad, because it is a great location and could be an awesome addition to the neighborhood.

I love having a neighborhood coffee shop I can walk to from home now. They offer vegan/GF option pastries and food. And wifi too!
