Wish I could give zero stars. Stuffy ambiance, D- service, food that is $150 a plate that rates an F. Golf course is garbage, basically a municipal for huge money. No music, no bar, no service on the course. Out of touch staff.
The only bright spot was Colin at the Italian restaurant - great service. If you don't intend to dine solely with him, avoid this bougie, full of itself, sad old relic. Zero stars.
We had an incredible time at the Broadmoor Hotel for the 2023 Colorado Springs Cotillion. The service was impeccable, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities of the Ballroom where fantastic. Our family had an amazing time.
Always a pleasure to be here! Rooms are comfortable, cozy, clean and inviting. Service is amazing! Kind, friendly, efficient and just all around lovely people! We stayed for Earl Klugh's Weekend of Jazz and couldn't have been happier with all of the amenities. Shuttle drivers were top-notch! Kitchen staff for WOJ staff was wonderful! The lighting crew, those that set up chairs and tables, bar tenders . . . Every single person was just amazingly plugged in and we are so very thankful. The catering crew that set up and broke down food and drinks for each event & WOJ staff - thank you! Cleaning crews that came in behind us, thank you.
My wife and I stayed at the Broadmoor For their New Year’s Eve gala, and it took us two months later before we realized she left two expensive necklaces in the room. Upon calling the Broadmoor security, I spoke to Aryanna Kingsley who took my information and stated they would be on it to see if they could find the necklaces. Because the necklaces were in a case, It made it rather difficult for them to locate but low and behold the following day I received a phone call from director of security Greg Maxwell who gave us the wonderful news that they located both necklaces and the case, and would be holding them in their secure, safe for pick up. Just outstanding honest and professional service, and if you’re going to forget some thing in a hotel, this is definitely the hotel to do that in lol.
The Broadmoor is the quintessential model for quality and service. The staff go above and beyond on every level. We visited near Christmas to experience all the pageantry, we were not disappointed. The grounds were decorated, along with each of the main buildings. It felt like you were in a Hallmark Christmas movie. We stayed for a week and can't wait to go back.
We did not stay here. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and the food was delicious. Our wait staff was very pleasant and anticipated our every need. What more can you ask for?
As you would (and should with this place) expect, 5 stars all around. The property is fantastic as well as the service - all the way down to those doing the turndown service. My only complaint is that there is really only one cafe where you can stop and get something quick for dinner. Most everything else you will need to make a reservation for.
It sets well about 6k feet in elevation. For all those flat landers out there, make sure you drink twice as much water as you usually do.
The Broadmoor was the most relaxing place to stay for a lovely weekend away!! The staff was kind and attentive, the food was Phenomenal, and the spa service was spectacular!!! The Broadmoor definitely lives up to it's Diamond Five star rating!!!!!
Rooms remind me of my grandma. Browns, antiques, yellows, glass, lace. Don't expect modern anything. Parking is horrendous. Walk 2 miles to your room. Everything revolves around money- valet parking makes it easier, porters, better rooms closer, fancy restaurants... Pool was packed with kids and jacuzzi was packed, only big enough for about 8.
Very upscale hotel that hosts huge events. A conference at the Broadmoor will have you all over their extensive well manicured grounds. Expect to pay a higher price for food, it's worth it. Also, schedule ahead, everywhere books up months in advance.
