One of my favorite places in the world. Exceptional service every time. The spa is delightful and the food options are varied and all delicious. I most recently took a tennis camp and had a wonderful time. The instructors were knowledgeable and even though the price point isn't low (it's a 5 star resort i wouldn't expect it to be) I did feel like it was a good bargain for level of instruction and hotel experience.
What an absolutely stunning venue! I've lived in CO my whole life and never knew this place existed. It is luxurious and bourgeois. The staff were so welcoming and kind. The architecture was also incredible. Be careful if you go exploring here, you may just get lost and all of the beautiful little nooks and rooms hidden throughout the complex. The views, too, are stunning and breathtaking. I'm confident the photos we took here will be exemplified by the setting and surroundings.
Next time I am going to Colorado springs I will make sure to start saving ahead of time so I can stay here and enjoy the full amenities that the hotel has to offer.
Incredible service. Bar at the West Tower and Bowling alley called Play is the best. The Hotel Bar is also good with many selections. Great French Fries too. The Views are amazing, and I am a CONTEMPORARY guy and the hotel is traditional. Still left me happy. They gave away free Bottled water everywhere. Really need it with the altitude and dry air.
Absolutely INCREDIBLE. This is a true 5 star experience in every single way. I truly felt cherished and taken care of as a guest in every way. The absolute best experience I’ve ever had a hotel in every way. From checking in to dining it was a complete 5 star experience. This is what luxury truly means. Shout out to Austin who brought up my bags and Ethan who served me at the Tavern. Both showed professionalism and excellence and went above and beyond to wow me. I will absolutely be returning over and over again.
I stayed here last month with my fiance. We celebrated our anniversary here. It was one of the most beautiful resorts we've stayed at. I honestly felt like I was transported to Italy. The view from our hotel room was impeccable. The location for this property was central to everything. All the restaurants on the property were 10/10. Make your reservations early because they do tend to get booked out. Overall we had a great experience and plan on coming back.
Transparent Honest Review: We stayed here for a week+.
Enjoyable: The rooms were stunning! from Juliet balconies, HUGE sparkling chandeliers, soaring ceilings, and a soaking tub. We enjoyed unwinding in our personal sanctuary of a King bed and 5-piece spacious bathroom.
Neutral: The "upscale/royal" vibe met every expectation. We noticed other guest share "less than favorable" feedback, while 2 or 3 staff did nothing; simply offering a blank stare.
***Subsequently, a few staff went above and beyond! Our favorite staff members were: "Hayward/Harvey, Dave, and Pearl." GIVE ‘EM a Raise :) Their genuine hospitality and joyous hearts shine bright. They were wonderful!
Wow. Great location, great amenities, great food. There is truly no reason to leave the resort. They add a service charge to everything which eliminates the need to tip at restaurants and bars. All staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you can spare the expense.
Excellent customer service from arrival to departure!
We dined at The Hotel Bar and enjoyed every bite of our burgers. They were cooked and spiced perfectly. Great cocktails as well. We had room service for breakfast and impressively, the food was still hot.
We brought our golden retreiver and he enjoyed the accommodations as well :)
The Broadmoor makes you feel like royalty! Be sure to stay 2 nights so you can enjoy all the amenities. Highly recommend the spa, which you can use without a spa service for $ 62/day. The Broadmoor does add 21% gratuity to everything. It's a pricey stay, but worth every penny! We were celebrating our anniversary and were delighted to receive chocolates and champagne upon our arrival. Nice touch!
Amazing complex. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. The only complaint was the bed as the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. When dining at one of the many restaurants at the hotel, be prepared to pay for it. Although delicious meals are pricey. A meal for 2 a LaTavern is nearing $300. A stay at the Broadmoor is highly recommended if you've never been.
