The Broadmoor

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. It's fun to walk around the lake and check out the shops and restaurants. Make reservations for every meal, though--we were barely able to get breakfast anywhere because we didn't make reservations. Location is gorgeous nestled against the mountains.

Absolutely amazing! Great service, great location, great rooms! There are shuttles to take you anywhere in the resort so no need to worry about which building you're staying in. Also, you can borrow their Cadillacs if you want to journey off-site. One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed!

I don't believe there were too many things we didn't enjoy. Everyone that worked there was friendly, it was clean and the food was great. I might have missed it, but a posting about having to reserve a lane at the bowling alley. The shuttle to and from the zoo was great, and again amazing staff all around. We will be back!

Heaven in Colorado! A MUST stay place! It is so relaxing, that one night here equals 3 nights stay at any other vacation destination! We live in Denver, and go there 2-3 times a year, and we love it every time!

We had a fantastic stay at the Broadmoor. We were there for a gala for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Agents. The event was great. The food was fantastic and the drinks were great although, very expensive.

We enjoyed the hotel bar, hanging out in the library, and wandering around the grounds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and super clean. All around, this was a great place to stay. I’d love to stay here again.

The customer service and attitude of staff was beyond excellent. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The only complaint we had was the lack of comfort of the pullout mattress and bed. The bed had two divots of what you would expect an old mattress to have once it is time to get rid of it. We did not get good rest but aside from that the views are incredible and everyone was very kind. We will go back on our next anniversary.

One of a kind resort which can take you back to the times we only saw in the movies. I stayed in a beautiful room in the section that was built around 1895!! Very luxurious and comfortable. Super friendly staff, the kind who walks you to where you needed to go

We just went for a stroll around and to grab some coffee. It’s a really nice location. Parking was a bit of an issue as there were events on so it was busy but parking cost $15 for the day at the self parking garage so not too bad. We grabbed coffee at the cafe and sat by the lake. It’s very beautiful, nice an peaceful. A good way to spend an afternoon!

This place is so amazing. I have never stayed at a luxury hotel with valet parking and bell hops. They even have a turn down service for your room. If you can take time to explore the shops and the thousands of acres the broadmoor has to offer. An amazing sunrise from the hot tub and deer prancing across the golf course.

The establishment was very clean. All of the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The brunch was amazing. The fine details throughout the hotel are breathtaking. I will definitely come back if I ever visit again
