I would give 10 stars if it were an option! We had a magical stay. Everything about the resort is so clean and well kept. The friendliness and service was absolutely amazing! Far better than anywhere I have ever stayed. Anytime you came into contact with a staff member you were greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. Very welcoming. The mountain views are stunning! I would recommend this place to everyone!
This place is special. Staff and Management think of every possible detail to make your stay, exactly what you want it or better. Pets are welcome and spoiled. :)
Very nice and historic hotel. If you can afford the prices go for it! Nice garden front and back and the area has several options to eat around and inside the hotel.
I go several years apart and I feel like every single time I return, I discover something new. No matter the time of the year, it’s always a heavenly experience. The service is 7 star.
I love coming to the Broadmoor. The attention to detail, friendly staff, easy environment, and so much more is lovely. I've been to other beautiful resorts, but the Broadmoor makes me feel like family. I cannot think of anything negative about this place! Great staff and atmosphere!
Everything from the vale parking to front desk to the house keepers were awesome. Beautiful rooms . And the check in process was completely painless. Stayed for a week. I wish I could live here. Lol rooms are a little pricey but it's absolutely worth it . Every employee I encountered was super helpful and friendly.
Our Mercedes Benz was damaged while in possession of The Broadmoor Hotel's valet parking on 2/18/2023. The left rearview mirror was knocked off and hanging from electrical wires parked in the carport valet upon departure. The Broadmoor Hotel management claimed they reviewed the security video multiple times and proceeded to tell us their people "were honest down there” and therefore they would not pay to repair the damage. We informed management team members we were going to litigate, requested copies of the videos be sent to us and we would be filing a police report of the personal property damage that occurred while our car was in legal possession of The Broadmoor Hotel. The call back from Broadmoor Hotel management informed us they reviewed the video again and saw the bellman knock off the mirror with the baggage cart and accepted responsibility for the damage and repair costs. All of this took place over an additional 40 minutes on-site to report and document the damage, three phone calls with the security supervisor and two more calls with the hotel manager and security supervisor over a $500 side mirror. Due to a permanent disability I am incurring additional medical expenses due to the trauma and personal injury caused by the treatment of the The Broadmoor Hotel's male management team during our stay at The Broadmoor Hotel to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately the last customer engagement with the Broadmoor Hotel brand was a horrible nightmare.
White glove service is just the beginning of the experience the Broadmoor has to offer. We stay with our kids every Christmas as it has become our favorite family tradition. The Broadmoor has rates around $250/nt in the winter months, and the memories there are priceless. The resort grounds come alive with Christmas lights and snow, which create a romantic, fairytale, dreamy atmosphere. We were always greeted by our last name and with "Our Pleasure" .. that level of service is rare these days. The Broadmoor's classy vibe resignates with old and young souls alike. I'm already looking forward to our Christmas stay 2023.
You need a new mattress in room 4570. After the first night, my husband said WE HAD to find something different, his side of the bed had worn & sagged horribly. The middle of the bed was decent but the valley on his side bad enough that he would roll towards it during the night. I spoke to the concierge & they said they would exchange the mattress or move us to a different room but they would call & let us know. They NEVER called. However, we stopped in to the room before leaving to meet friends for dinner in downtown, CS. He tried his side of the bed out, it was great, we left.
We got back around 11:00, went straight to bed only to figure out that now MY SIDE was the bad one. I can only assume they rotated the mattress. We have no idea because no one told us what they did. I got up, pulled the ottoman up to the end of the padded bench & slept there what little I could. That morning I called the concierge about it, she wasn’t available. Never heard back from her.
So very disappointed. This was our first stay & will be our last. I’ve had bad mattresses before but the quality of the hotels was never to the standard of The Broadmoor.
It’s a beautiful place with amazing service otherwise, yet we will not return. For that price of a room, I want a good nights sleep. For the record- I’ve NEVER complained about a hotel before. You get what you pay for. NOT THIS TIME!

When you go to the springs you gotta go to the Broadmoor. Beautiful place nestled between the rocky mountains and tons of wildlife too!
