Crowded, but for a good reason: exceptional food and drink!

We saw an empty table which was not yet clean, we settled down and my wife ordered what we wanted and asked to clean the table. Lady at the cash counter rudely said they won’t clean the table because they are busy. Really, what kind of service is this? It was freezing cold outside and they have empty table inside but they won’t clean it. Ridiculous!

This is like a truly European Cafe. For coffees, lattes, espresso, and a bite of sweet. I didn't have any food, just tea, which came loose in a little tea pot! Loved it!

The best hot chocolate ever I’ve drank. If you have other better options please tell me.

It is a really nice and cozy cafe. Great Italian espresso and coffee

The barista is a bit flowery and full of himself which can be translated as being rude. We orders only coffee, that was ok, so I can't say anything about the food. The place is fine.

Very pleasant environment with elegant light fixtures and on the counter fresh flowers, colorful sugar bowl and cute spoons. Skillful and quick baristas. The staff is friendly. A basket with free black peppers and a batch of cilantro were available to visitors. There are a few tables outside in front of the cafe. Looks like it is a responsibility of the clients to clean after themselves and that may not be communicated well - the used cups were left on the tables and it creates the impression that the place is not well maintained.

The Asian lady working there is very Rude and disrespectful. This is my 5th time at the cafe and the last time. Coffin was cold and she refused to replace it with a Hot one until I pay again?!!!!!!!!

Been going here for over 10 years and it's never disappointed. Barista is knowledgeable and always makes perfect drinks - these folks know their craft!! Also, it happens to be the only place in Palo Alto that serves dessert (not ice cream) after 4pm! If you haven't been here, you definitely should - plus now they have a great outdoor seating area too, which makes it less crammed inside. Enjoy!

Omg this place. It is heaven in a cup. After a terrible Italian dinner, we were looking for a great dessert place and we were so impressed. The mochas are drinking chocolate with coffee and it is heaven in a glass. Thick and delicious. The desserts are also fantastic. I’m going to be dreaming about this place!
