Cafe Venetia

This place was a cozy coffee shop with character. Used to be my favorite place for late night study or work and hot chocolate mousse. A little sad to see it has completely changed into a wine and coffee place

This is my favorite Palo Alto coffee shop for espresso, cappuccino and the European style cafe experience! They have DELICIOUS cakes and desserts and my favorite drink is the tazza en cioccolata or something like that - basically, melted chocolate with milk or cream and I add a shot of espresso. Mmmmm, all the calories!

Best hot chocolate . Super delicious hot chocolate . Tried chocospice with cardamom as spice option.

Tried oolong tea and was very delicious.

Beautiful cappuccino, authentic coffee and great choice of wine and chocolate

The cafe is insanely pretty and has beautiful outdoor seating. It's very serene even though it's on the University avenue. Has its own custom coffee so if you are bored of your routine do give this a try.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS PLACE HAS SOOOO MANY REVIEWS. I only saw cons in my one and last experience with this cafe that I listed below. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and go to other amazing spots that are clean, neat, HAVE WIFI, bright and BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE - Cocoa and butter, Verve Coffee, Coupa cafe, Starbucks and many more.
- The worst customer service - Rude
- NO WIFI
- Dark and dull
- They don't have lids for to-go cups. Then why mention in the menu???
- Untidy

Terrible, overpriced coffee. Not much else to say. Tasted like freeze dried coffee. And it wasn’t even hot. Only redeeming quality was it’s charming inside.
