Cafe Venetia

This neat and cozy cafe in downtown Palo Alto is best known for it's hot chocolates and ambience. Make sure you try chocospice with your choice of spice to experience indulging a rich cup of high quality hot chocolate in a nice cup seasoned with warm aroma of cardamom or ginger. During busy times seating might be competitive.

Cafe Venetia is a Palo Alto favorite for espresso based drinks and Italian desserts. We like the decor and the eclectic feeling inside the cafe. The staff knows how to make good coffee and they serve them in the right cups and coffee ware. Look out for some unique South American chocolates hard to find else where. I usually like to buy a small one with my coffee. We also like the long photographs and art inside the cafe.

Wifi would be amazing. Other than that, this is the best place for hot chocolate or mocha in the Bay Area. 10/10.

This place was so cute, I loved my visit. Service was good. but my hot chocolate and coffee were a little disappointing ..

The interior was cute. The coffee was quite good. Not the best but def not the worst. The croissant with vanilla cream was very delicious. And the staff working there were friendly. The aura was warm and calming. I will definitely go there again.

Awesome dessert place. Very sticky cioccolata. Don't need to feel guilty. It's just once in a long long while.

For me, the desserts were delicious and better than coffees. And the employees were exactly like happy, easy-going, fun Italian folks

Excellent place for food and coffee. Would highly recommend their coffees, hot chocolate and chocolate mousse.
This place is the only cafe open till late in the night so it can be slightly crowded.

Really amazing coffee. Dessert selection is limited but good.
