Dutch Bros Coffee

Today was my 3rd time at this or any Dutch Bros. And my second bad experience. Today I was the second from the window and the guy in front of me was in a full conversation with the guy at the window. This went on for minutes. I was patient. Then a lady came out from the door with my drink. But because you tell us not to keep a gap between cars it was hard for me to get out through the emergency lane. Then I taste my coffee and it's horrible. It tastes burnt and it doesn't even taste like what I ordered. I'm sorry but I can't go back anymore. 😔

We tried Dutch Bros today for the first time ever, the staff is super friendly and the drinks were awesome!! This is our new go to place! Sorry Starbucks but you just lost 4 customers!!!

I've had Dutch Bros. before, and it was just ok. That was a few years ago, so I thought I'd try it since it came to town. Unfortunately, I'm not impressed. The drive-thru moved fairly fast, but I was charged incorrectly and had to pay the difference at the window, which was fine. I ordered The Bob freeze, and it tasted like water with banana flavoring. There was no other flavors present, and it was so watery which was weird because it was a freeze. I think I'll give it a few months, and hopefully things will get better.

We had the best time there today. Super friendly, great service. And our drinks were amazing. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I love this place! Many people who have not had Dutch before, tend to misunderstand a couple of things. For example, the employees arent talking to the person at the drive window because they want to waste your time. The persons order isnt fully ready, so they take the time to talk to that person and get to know them until their order is ready (which I think is really cool). I also think it's cool that they hand out orders early so that you dont always have to wait until the person at the window order is ready.

Staff was very friendly. The coffee was great. This location had just opened up when I visited so there was quite a line, however I received my order in a reasonable amount of time.

Today I was having a bad day and i drove to get a drink around 8 pm and idk if you were able to see my sadness through my face but the girl taking my order was super nice . I don’t know her name all I know is she was working today May 30th at 8 and she was wearing black shirt and is blonde . If she reads this thank you for what you did . You made my night ;) changed my whole mood . Thank you

Great tasting coffee, only complaint is they need to get faster at the window in the morning. Hopefully it's just because they are still in training but it is pretty slow around that 630 timeframe

It was my first time visiting yesterday and my experience was Amazing . The person that took my order was so patient with me when I asked questions she was so helpful I never felt rushed she was so sweet and kind . Coffee was delicious overall great experience 💛

I came here this morning around 7:20am and went in the drive-thru. Friendly staff! They made my drink so fast. I was out of the drive-thru in less than 10 minutes. So glad they made one closer to me!! Thank you!
