What a hidden gem this place is! It's so quaint and cozy. Don't miss the patio/garden in the back! We ordered the beef empanada, the mini berry pie and cortados and everything was excellent. Will be returning here as often as I can 😍

A touch of south of the equator dishes here. Small bakery / cafe near Cannery Row on the eastern area of Pacific Grove.
Street parking is usually available with a nice patio out back.
Excellent selection of empanadas are the main attraction with plenty of coffee choices.
Spacious and well appointed dining area. Staff is friendly and work well together to fill your orders quickly and accurately.
Check the hours as they are by design limited - currently closing at 5:00pm.

Charming authentic eatery with beautiful outdoor seating. The staff went above and beyond to make our meal extra enjoyable. Thanks especially to Gabby. Delicious empanadas, and other pastries. GF available. Yerba Mate. Try the “cooked” milky version: delicious!

Deliciously made with care. Start with one then get more. Tasty baked goods. Terrific servers. Happy place to enjoy good food with good people.

Absolutely delish. The perfect start to a day of adventuring. The latte was so milky and it felt nice to drink out of a real mug rather than plastic. The brisket and the pulled pork empanadas were so good, it took all my strength to share with my husband. The guava medialuna could have used a bit more filling, but the pastry itself was chewy and scrumptious. Service was impeccable, a cozy respite on a foggy day.

Beautiful cafe and delicious authentic food!
The coffee is delicious and the cocido is so rich and smoky!

Super cute little cafe and the secret garden is dreamy! Staff was really nice and helpful. Try the spiced iced mocha - SO good! Empanadas are amazing as well!

Very poor experience with the coffee. We got an Americano (1/5) and a pour over (0/5). Both were very weak but the pour over was extra bad, it was like sour dirty water.
It could just have been new employees working or because it was close to closing, but we were very disappointed. Keurig coffee is better than what we got.
Cute place, comfy chairs.

I’m so glad this place finally opened! This spot is cozy and relaxing.
A beautiful, little cafe. Fresh, small desserts and and savory stuffed pastries. The authentic Yerba Mate tea and similar Central/South American treats is what sets this place apart.

A little gem in Pacific Grove. Delicious coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. The Lomito sandwich was excellent. Nice outdoor patio in the back as well.
