They serve coffee and chai made with a lot of love and compassion. And the coffee shop itself is housed within a 100-year-old and historically significant building. It has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who enjoy authentic coffee and chai while relaxing in a comfortable setting.

Wow, this place is a gem! Every single person who enters is greeted with a “good morning! Welcome!” Regulars populate the tables at the front, but there is plenty of space in the other rooms for everyone to find a seat. People are quiet and focused as they work in the back rooms. The caprese sandwich is a solid quick meal. They were nice enough to ask if I wanted it warmed up and gave me updates since it took a bit long. Coffee is strong and delicious! Only drawback: I don’t think there is WiFi. I used my phone hotspot. Definitely will be back though!

The mushroom/spinach quiche was divine and paired very well with a latte! I really enjoyed the quiet space and ambient music East Village offered this am!

Owners were sweet, girls at the counters were energetic and very helpful. We had chai and cappuccino . Banana bread was moist and yummy.

This place is my favorite cafe in town. The service is great and I love both the food and the drinks. One word of feedback that has nothing to do with the cafe itself – the last 3 times I've been in, I've tried to sit in the back to enjoy a drink and read. Each time, there was someone on their computer having a Zoom call with the audio of their client audible to all. It ruined the ambience for me and I had to leave.

I would like to suggest making a policy that people take calls outside to preserve the space for others to enjoy! Thank you for considering my feedback.

Great little independent coffee shop. They make an awesome chocolate mocha. Definitely recommended!
