Me, my boyfriend and his sister are traveling from the east coast on a road trip and stopped here for breakfast before our Whale watch. Breakfast was amazing, the general eggs and toast and everything with it seemed so fresh. Service was very friendly and speedy. We ate our food and got out of here within 45 minutes. I had the best vanilla Chai latte I've ever had at this place. I highly recommend. Overall amazing.

Amazing experience! The staff was very courteous and did a great job of serving us. We got the berry lemonade, make it yourself omelette, pear pancakes, and breakfast salad. We also saw a lot of people coming in and out ordering from the to go menu, pastries, and coffees. Very delicious and fresh food!! Will be coming back

We liked this place so much we ate breakfast here two mornings in a row! Fluffy pancakes with delicious warm fruit toppings, avocado toast and so on as well as lots of delicious vegan options. My kids delighted in the hot cocoa in the large bowls. Owner and staff were welcoming and friendly. It was busy but turnover was quick. We would return and highly recommend!

Cute little restaurant that makes it very cozy plus it has outdoor seating. Very busy inside and out a lot of people go here not do it that Denny's is up the street and around the corner. For 2 persons ordering lattes. One was three sweet cream pancakes, a omelette & potatoes, Next meal was three pancakes dense cheese eggs & a side of bacon that came to $63. The blonde waitress was helpful & showed care with her customers The other waitress with the heeled boots on was also very helpful. The code to the bathroom around the corner pass the Thai restaurant is 2120 ? The food supplier didn't go to the back but came in right where the customers enjoyed their food . This restaurant is cozy but it's a great find for locals & tourists

Wonderful charming breakfast place
Huge Cafe latte and Matcha drinks we laughed served in soup style bowels. Excellent smoked fish with tomatos , onions and capers. Breakfast burrito with bacon was delicious too.
Glad we stopped bye and ate.

We loved this place so much, we ate here 4 days in a row on our 5 day visit! Being vegan and finding vegan options can be tough, but we had no issues here. The homemade bread is to die for- and the bowl of Latte was a fun surprise. Great staff, lovely owner, amazing food, and atmosphere. I just wish I lived closer! Definitely on my "will always go back" list.

Delicious breakfast. The portions were huge. The mocha was very good as well. The service was a little slow but given how popular this place is, no wonder. Worth the wait.

I have been to this cafe several times while visiting Monterey (from Sonoma County) and have always been impressed by the high level of service and genuine love that is felt in the food and drink.
Today we had the most amazing cappuccinos, made by Axel - B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L foam 😍
Martin graced us with his presence and very attentive service. To eat, we ordered an array of muffins, lemon, blueberry and chocolate; warmed up and equally delicious. Everything is made in house and from locally sourced organic ingredients. What a treat!

So I got admit I was a little disappointed with the quality of the coffee I ordered a latte and it just wasn’t that good maybe I ordered the wrong Beverage from their menu but I must say the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Sicilian scramble and it was amazing the bread is baked in house it was extremely good. The breakfast took a while to come out but they were busy and it was well worth the wait. The people sitting next to me were having a baked good commenting on how delicious it was which peaked my curiosity so when I went to pay the bill I asked for a recommendation on a baked good and was told to get the berry scone. I did and on the drive back to Los Angeles I decided to eat it and it was absolutely amazing. Definitely go to place for me next time I’m in Monterey. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

I would like to thank Martin for his wonderful customer service and his help in finding cool places to visit! It was my first time in Monterey and the food was delicious and his service was great! Props to him. I wish more employees were just like him! He was friendly and helpful! I hope the owner sees this. He deserves a raise! I really don't think the vibe there would be the same without him. Thanks again Martin! 😁👍
