Jantz Cafe & Bakery

No complaints, like both Merced and Atwater, like driving from Madera to each especially Atwater only because the bakery is mega an more seating. Like the fact the owner screens the reviews an tries to make a bad good but I’m sure they understand some folks will never be pleasable, is that a word? Lol good work makes happy folks

This place is my fave go to since my fiancé introduce me to this place after we move from Redding cause it’s similar to the one we used to visit but even better cause love their pies and their food is awesome plus the staff are so nice and professional. Hope their loyalty rewards are worthy since I might be their usual customer. 😊

They don't serve breakfast all day which is fine. Would have stayed for lunch but i really wanted breakfast. One of their waitresses needs better communication skills

The waitress was awesome, very informative about menu and specials of the day. She was very outgoing and friendly, but not intrusive. She always had a smile on her face and in her voice.

Amazing food, great service, and AWSOME atmosphere! The people that work there are very kind, and pies are also out of this world, highly recommended!!!

So far love visiting this place. They really know what they’re doing when cooking fresh food. I want to see improvement using rewards and getting rewards points when ordering for pick up or delivery.

The food is fantastic, and I really enjoyed the friendliness and good atmosphere. I only wish every restaurant had this overall excellence. I cant wait to try breakfast tomorrow:)

My wife and I wanted something different for lunch so we decided to go to Jantz Cafe & bakery. The waitress brought us our menu and than forgot about us. We finally ordered our food. When our food finally came out and we tasted it we were totally bummed out. The soup was so tasteless and the sandwich was mediocre at best. The bread tasted like subway garbage. Never again, especially at those prices.

The food was delicious. My daughter loved the white chocolate mocha. The staff was friendly. Mostly the desserts are our weakness. So we had to take a whole pie home.

Amazing food! Great wait staff and the owners are awesome! Nothing to lose and everything to gain by coming here
