Nice small casual atmosphere. Our service was excellent. Staff is very polite and friendly. Food came quickly and was very good. Have eaten there a number of times now and have always come away satisfied.

This is by far the best place for breakfast in Merced, that we have found. After trying a few places & non being worth returning to, we r pleased to say that this will b our new "go to" breakfast spot, here in Merced. Thank u for your excellent service, wonderful food, & especially the gluten free & non dairy option, & especially especially the almond milk mocha with non dairy whip! 🤤🫠🎯💯

The Southwest Taco Bake meal was delicious. Heat and serve! Salad and rolls were delicious too! Thank you Jantz staff and especially to Molly. Very friendly!

The server seemed annoyed when we asked about common allergens in the food. The food was good but the service with accomodating vegetarians is terrible. Please avoid if you're vegetarian or vegan. The server could have handled it better.

Love this quaint cafe. Has great breakfast and lunch menu. Reasonable prices. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Even an area where an office can be sectioned off for lunch/meeting. Great, delicious breads, cookies, pies, etc. all baked there or their Atwater location. Have gone back several times since first visit and food always great. Still highly recommend. However keep in mind it's quite pricey. Two people, breakfast and tip $45.

This place is a positive business that is always busy. The food is always amazing. The chicken salad sandwich seems to be my go to. Fresh bread with yummy chicken. Service there is pleasant every time I go.

Actually a 5 star place. The food feels like it's fresh and homemade. It has a great set of staff who are always there to help choose from their great selections. I strongly encourage checking this place out.

Green bean soup in Merced was a bit greasy. Otherwise another yummy meal. Pricing has gotten a bit high, hopefully when economics improve they will go back to previous prices.

Caden was attentive and made sure our order was correct.
My eggs weren't over cooked/ brown.
Blackberry cream coffee is the best.

Good coffee, but we went w the thought of eggs, sausage, and potatoes... $35.00! The server replied, "Oh, but it's a lot of food". We finished our coffees and got up, then waited 5 minutes for the gum chewing counter girl to complete our transaction that took all of 45 seconds. Wouldn't go there again, even on someone else's dime.
