The atmosphere and facilities are a big plus: it has an all-black hipster vibe, a large oval bar where lots of people sit at their laptops, and the roasting equipment in the same room. I wasn't convinced about the coffee itself though. I'd have to come back a few more times, maybe buy a bunch of beans to take home, to fully make an evaluation on that score. But, as I expect is their intention, their big draw is their funkiness and independence. And long may they continue...

Very interesting coffee location. Industrial feeling in the decor that reminded me of the famous La Colombe. I didn't stay inside, so i can't really comment on the atmosphere but it looked very spacious, comfortable and laid back. I had a cold brew this particular visit, and it was very good.
Would definitely recommend for a chilled kick!

This is my absolute favorite coffe shop in the area. I love their freshly brewed coffee and espresso. The staff is always nice and polite and give great recomendations so you always get great customer service. I always keep a bag of their roast at home!

Super cute, little coffee shop here in Martinez. I got an iced chai latte with an added espresso shot, and it was delicious! A bit on the pricey side, but I really appreciate it when shops make their own chai (I usually will only get a chai latte if it's housemade). A great stop here in Martinez!

Really great cappuccinos & lattes (they also roast the beans on site), a great staff and a cool vibe. To go with those coffees, they also sell fantastic cookies & banana bread sorts of baked goods from Farm & Flour Bakery located across the straits in Benicia.

Fantastic coffee that has actual flavor. A really big plus for me is the positive attitude of the employees. Always a very friendly greeting and service. Favorites: Latte, Honey Latte and banana cake

My most favorite coffee place in all of the bay area. I always make a stop here when visiting the in-laws to get a cup. Will also buy the roasted beans or a 6 pack of cold brew if I know it might be some time till the next visit. As for snacks, love their donuts and my wife always gets the oatmeal with yogurt (she also really loves their chai latte).
Maybe I'm not there enough (weekends mostly), but, I don't get the hipster vibe that some reviewers wrote. I see students studying in the quieter room, families and friends hanging out chatting in the main room, and cyclists, families, friends, pets hanging outside. It's one of the reasons I love this place, the friendly, you be you, enjoy now kind of environment. It is this kind of place that is missing in the cities dominated by the big name coffee companies, and one I wish we have in the Peninsula/Silicon Valley.

Staff is lovely, coffee is amazing, smells wonderful, beautifully decorated and merchandised. I had the Honey Latte (a little sweet and yummy), and my friend had a Dark Mocha (not sweet at all), but intoxicating to smell and drnink. I also bought a wonderful candle.

Great spot for coffee. I stopped by here after Farmer's Market. Quick service and with the COVID19 going on, they seem to keep the social distancing and other precautions upto date.
Price is mildly higher, but great coffee and awesome staff.
