It's one of my ultimate favorite places in Los Angeles. I've never had a bad experience at Chateau. It's one of the few places in the city that has some great history and remains cool.
If you're looking for a nice drink or great food with the best ambiance, look no further!

This place is legendary and you can feel it when you walk in. Stop by for a drink or make a reservation and have the best Pasta Bolognese in the city! Seeing celebrities is also a plus but I will keep coming back for the exceptional food, outstanding service and the cool relaxed vibe!

I had a wonderful dinner here out on the patio last night. The setting couldn't be more pleasant. The candlelight and table layout make you feel as though you're in a secret garden. We had the Sancerre, which was wonderful and shared several things to start. The kale salad was light and refreshing, really flavorful with tomatoes and cucumber and feta. We shared the branzino with curried cauliflower and the chicken and short rib and everything was really well prepared. A side of the vegetable gratin was probably my least favorite thing of the night but we were all really happy with our dishes. For dessert we shared the sticky toffee pudding and the sundae. The sundae was so, so good! Little brownie bites were hidden under the ice cream and so delicious. I would eat here again in a second.

My home away from home! It’s so close to my place up the road that I find myself entertaining clients and friends here quite often. It’s been my go to spot for years and there’s always something in store for surprises. A cool neighborhood spot to lounge around with good friends.

What better hotel to choose to stay in this fascinating city: indisputably this one! No negative comments, the staff is attentive, discreet, we are wonderfully welcomed, everything is done to feel at home

Very disappointed! I have been going to Chateau Marmont for over 5 years and lately it has changed. Dined there last night and the waitress was rude. We asked her about wine and she seemed annoyed, like we were bothering her by asking questions. She didn't even make eye contact with us, she was always looking elsewhere. It also took awhile for her to even get to us. The managers stand in the corner watching everyone like a hawk. It felt like I was eating in prison. They've changed their menu and it's awful. Who takes off classic items like Caesar salad? Also they no longer serve bread, they give you these tiny spicy rolls. No thanks! Chateau really needs to work on training their servers to be polite and happy. There's a difference between being exclusive and high end and being down right rude. I would also recommend not totally changing the menu. Those of us who have been going here for years would appreciate a little consistency. I'll be avoiding this place for awhile and letting my friends know it's going downhill. I'm sure my comment on here won't matter, but I would like to warn others before they waste their money.

A place for musicians and artists, you may not be invited to dinner.
I went there to see if by any chance I could gratefully thank Joni Mitchell for all the artistic work, her incredible music and perfect pitch as player.
Well, we did not meet on your birthday. At least I saw you on stage after a long trip from France and many times missing your concerts. Thanks!

We ate breakfast there and the food was superb. We were treated very well and the outdoor setting is absolutely beautiful. It was a little chilly so they turned on their outdoor heaters for us. I loved everything about my experience here.

Sadly disappointed by our lunch at Chateau Marmont earlier today. It started off when the waiter informed us that they couldn’t serve any types of coffees or teas because their coffee maker wasn’t working. Then they undercooked my wife’s salmon, and just threw it in the microwave for a few minutes when we complained. The other dishes were well made, the fries were especially tasty. The hotel is pretty cool but wouldn’t come here for lunch again.

The atmosphere on the patio was amazing. Serene. The food was great. I had the blueberry pancake. Beware it’s only 1 pancake, but delicious. The vibe was perfect
