I only went in Bar Marmont... but it is MY DREAM to STAY in this hotel.

VERY intimate and protective atmosphere.
The bartender treated me with absolute RESPECT.

I got a few of those iconic swizzle sticks, only one survived the trip back to Chicago. 😋

The mixed drinks are WONDERFUL!
I ordered 2 different ones: the TEESE and the MULE.

Now I understand why some drinks cost so much. They actually taste GOOD!

By the way, $20 for drinks of this quality are VERY affordable!

I will dream of returning to the Chateau Marmont every day... to be a guest! 💋

Great long brunch here! Lovely outdoor atmosphere with heated lamps when it’s cold. Incredible breakfast and a nice coffee. Let us linger for a few hours, which I always appreciate. Very friendly staff!

Respectfully, please pay attention to your establishment's reviews - how your staff may be mistreating or slighting guests. The prestige of the iconic Chateau Marmont perhaps lends pride by association to some of your staff members, but should they lose common decency and humanity in the affiliation?

There was a review by a recent patron 3 weeks ago that simply broke my heart💔 ..she only asked in the end that "the owners should train the staff to be kind to every guest."

(mine and my aunt's experience of an indifferent, less courteous staff pales so details are unnecessary but should be noted)

My boyfriend and I visited the Chateau Marmont on Friday evening. We planned to have a quick drink at the bar, but we bumped into the manager, Stephanie, and she got us a table for 2 on the patio. She was incredibly hospitable and made us feel so welcome. I loved the ambiance, the food and our sever was amazing.

Gorgeous ambience and atmosphere, this is a retreat and more. A legendary haven of celebrity lore, you’ll find the staff to be friendly, accommodating, and room service to be spot on. The rooms and accommodations are impeccably tasteful and the grounds offer stunning views of West Hollywood and beyond. A classic L.A. staple and a must for those travelers looking for the quintessential Los Angeles experience.

I wanted to plan my birthday party for 1st May there. After asking for German Cheesecake and Canadian apple cake they didn't confirm nor did they ask any other questions what I want and need. Super unprofessional front desk and management.

I went for dinner for my birthday. Have always wanted to go from knowing it’s history. Unfortunately I was incredibly disappointed. I left in tears from being humiliated. The hostess looked at me up and down and snubbed me because I’m not attractive and don’t have expensive clothes , so she sat me by the bathroom when there were many open available seats. Ugh 😢 so I fought back the tears instead of leaving like I should have and ate a forgettable meal, flavorless, and I ended up sad and quiet the entire meal then left and bawled in the car. Worst night out in my life. Awful service from the hostess who should be ashamed for treating people or at least me how she did. I’ll never suggest to anyone to go to the highly overrated and rude staffed business and I’ll never go back. The owners should train the staff to be kind to every guest.

Cocktails were strong and decorated. The decor felt like a 50s piano bar. Will come back next time in LA. Low crowd for Friday night.

Lee the manager at the restaurant went out of his way for us to ensure our reservation was a total delight. Great service on display by this outstanding team member!
