Farley's Artisan Gelato & Coffee Roasters

His product is fantastic. I have never experienced the terrible customer service claimed by others, but I can see where it could certainly have some basis in truth. My recommendation is to understand that this guy has his own system of doing his business, which I believe others mistake for a bad attitude. Just have some patience enjoy what you came there for.

The food and drinks served here are all second to none. Places like this make me wonder how places like Starbucks, who serve more expensive and lesser products (a cup of ice with some coffee maybe) can exist. It has a great atmosphere, nice music to listen to, and is a great place to sit and relax with your purchase.

Just had some chai latte tea and it was so delicious. The environment is so nice and clean you can tell the owner loves what he does it looks like he uses best ingredients. The ambiance is great . I needed to do some writing so I sat their with my chai as I finished up my writing. I give this place 5 stars will be back again.

Farley's has amazing fresh roasted coffee beans. They're rich and flavorful, especially the Tanzanian Peaberry. That's my favorite one. Do your morning cup of Joe a favor and get a good quality grinder, and get some of these fresh roasted beans.

A very comfortable enviroment , great coffee and Awsome customer service. Take advantage of the recommendations of the selection of coffee that would be best suitable for your need. I was selecting a coffee with staying up to study for state board in mind. Gary recommended a different one from my choice based on his knowledge of coffee and my need. I was up and on it! Passed my test too ☺! Thanks Gary! I prefer Farley's Artisan Gelato & Coffee Roasters over many top known businesses. In a class of its own.

Worst ever. Never been until today and was excited cause I heard it was good coffee. Only to be greeted by a woman and didn't seem to know what she was doing. We wanted coffee and a frap. This old guy comes out and says he's not doing drinks today cause he's behind on gelato and has to make more. He couldnt serve us and said to come back later. You can't take 5 mins to make some simple drinks? You lost money. Do not go there. Worst customer service ever. I don't understand why the girl couldn't make the drinks. Went so Starbucks across the street. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going there again.

The brilliant artistry of a somewhat cantankerous (but funny)former law enforcement/military retiree. The guy is 70 and still working to bring AV the best gelato ever. I need this place.

Owner wouldnt modify a drink for me. Was patient with my ignorance but wouldnt add extra creme to my frapp. Wth. Just kept repeating, 'I cant serve u sir'. Trying to clarify his concerns, no reasonable responce. Lame. I was literally the only customer but he wouldnt just add extra creme

Good gelato, but damn was that guy rude! "I've never lost a customer blah blah" yeah, I doubt that. You sure lost one today!

I wish the owner of this gelato place could read these comments....The gelato is good, but his attitude towards customers is horrendous! I really dont like my gelato with a side of arrogance or pomp. ITS ICE CREAM DUDE!!! PLEASE GET OVER YOURSELF! If you want something cold without being looked down on, just go down the road a bit more and get a cone from mc donalds instead.
