Farley's Artisan Gelato & Coffee Roasters

A group of Pokemon Go players arrived at Farley's to play. They were not blocking doors, or entrances, they were not inside the business . When a few people went in to buy a coffee, the owner told them Pokemon was bad for business and they had to leave. Refusing customers and shooing them off the tables is really what is bad for business. I would definitely not recommend this business. The owner is rude and preferential to customers.

The gelato is great! But the (I'm assuming) owner...once he finally decided to come back inside and then up to the front to help us after we had already been inside and waiting close to 10mins...was rude and unfriendly

In all my 53 years I have never experienced an jerk like this owner. I even got thrown out. He comes across like new york humor or sarcasm. So, being from New York, I tossed some humor back and he couldn't take it. Problem was he started it. Wouldn't let me make the purchase. He's rude and I'm surprised he even had a business. Bad customer service!

Amazingly delicious gelato. Made fresh, takes me back to Italy. Stop by and say hello to the proprietor & my favorite Vietnam Vet, his sense of humor keeps me in stiches. Love this place, as much as I love veterans.

Beautiful establishment, delicious gelato, horrible service. We have excused the owners rudeness in the past but he is a sever person especially toward children. Not a family place. This was the last time I excuse him for the sake of ice cream

We walked in, got our gelatos, had a perfect visit, and had the most delicious desserts we've ever had. Can't wait to go back and try more flavors. French apple pie and pistacho we're absolutely superb.

Amazing ! Tells jokes and very friendly ! Forever a customer, yes he is 75 years old, right now its take out only ! Because of the virus, and because he is of that age he doesn't want kids around which is totally understandable! After the virus he does allow kids but as any place they need to be respectful

I have never tried gelato. But this place has a good selection and I will be coming back to buy more. The owner is very friendly and takes pride in his work.

Arrived here on a Sunday at 9:40 PM. Someone was inside, but the door was locked and the place was apparently closed for the night. I get that it's a Sunday night in Lancaster and you probably thought it would be safe to close up early, but it is the height of unprofessionalism to close earlier than your stated hours. If you're not getting much business on Sunday nights and plan on closing up early, then change your office hours to reflect this. It's not like I arrived just five minutes before closing.

The BEST coffee and the most delicious gelato you could imagine! The owner is genuine and passionate about the quality of his products! What a treasure to have Farley's in the Antelope Valley! Throwing away my starbucks card and going to Farley's! Delicious, clean and real!! Thank you Farley's!
