Great Gelato and great little shop. Gary is a great owner. He has quality products and he make sures it is done right which means it will take a little longer, so do not be in a rush. Been going for 6 years, he is the standard for gelato.

Very rude my kids where holding my hand didn’t say a word. He went on how the kids can’t eat in there and how he has so many issues with kids. Sorry you feel that way but my kids where not even talking they where standing there looking at the ice cream with me holding my hand nicely.

The gelato is wonderful every time & the owner is so fun to talk to. He is super sweet with my son & makes our experience enjoyable. I brought my in-laws to Farley’s & they loved talking to the owner & thought he was funny & kind. The shop is also kept very clean & the setup is beautiful. We all enjoyed ourselves & our dessert. I think those that gave bad reviews just don’t understand his humor. I’ve had nothing but great experiences each time I’ve went. I love bringing my family to Farley’s! 🍨❤️

Had lemon and raspberry Gelato and Iced Carmel caffe latte, all of the flavors were extremely explosive!!! Service was personable and extremely friendly! I have for sure found my “go to” place for a very special treat!!!!!

Great tasting Gelato! My daughter and I very much enjoyed our scoops and she had a blast watching the owner make more in the back. Amazing experience from walking in to walking out.

It was our first time visiting this place so we were excited to try it out. Took this old man about 8 minutes to make one drink for people who had already ordered. Was super polite and friendly to the white people in front of us even cracked some jokes with them. When it was our turn, however, he had suddenly caught an attitude. We didn’t think much of it and asked if we could try a some flavors since they were flavors we never really tried before. He responded with “no” then CONTINUED on a huge rant about how he ended samples when COVID started and he never lost any customers because of it blah blah so we left because honestly I don’t care how good ice cream is, I’d rather go to cold stone than have to deal with some bitter old man who treats PAYING customers like dirt. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I've had great Gelato in Old Town PasadenA and San Diego and many places by the bay. For those whom claim this place is extraordinary, I wouldn't know. This old racist man horrible customer service avoided me from purchasing his product. If he was nice to you then you probably dident look like a minority or you where very quiet and alone. I wonder how he keeps this place afloat as he runs clients away.

Mr. Farley has different temperaments by the day, but the Gelato is always amazing. Although I have always had a positive experience there (once in a while he seems a little grouchy), others say his customer service is terrible. Again - you go for the product, not the experience (but we always take our Gelato to-go, anyway, so it doesn't matter to us).

The gelato is fantastic. The texture and mouth feel have to be experienced. The flavors are top notch. My favorite place for a treat in Lancaster.

The skill and cunning of this master of physiological and emotional manipulation never ceases to amaze me! I remember me and my family visiting for the first time. The atmosphere of scorn and annoyance from the man was so intense that I could hardly keep a straight face or bust up laughing! Please, please by all means by all means come and bath in the miasma, and gloom of the grumpy man! And see if you can make him smile or even laugh. But bring a camera because anyone who's been here wont believe you!
